Thank heavens for Geek Squad. They pull my butt outta the fire regularly (for me anyway) since I am easily confounded by this computerized world. Things that the millennials consider easy and no challenge and "it's only a couple of keystrokes" puzzle and frustrate me but Geek Squad comes to the rescue.

have time to install myself. My wife asked me to hire someone and not deal with one more project in the house. I have never used Geek squad before, but I am glad that I took her advice. They already have a good reputation, and installer was awesome! Omar you did and excellent Job and will gladly use Geek squad and Omar again!

Though they did come out and programmed the Time Capsule and programmed my Universal Remote, they inadvertently messed up the wireless connection / password to my SlingBox 500. I had to completely reset and reconfigure to get it working again. Though I must say that Geek Squad did offer to come out and fix it for free - I just did it myself.

Had a third party first do Logitech remote. NOT SATISFIED ! Had a geek squad tech come back and re do it. FABULOUS !!! Steve was GREAT !!!!. He did what other ones should have done. took the time to go thru it all, and explain all to us. THANK YOU STEVE. APPRECIATED !!

Service was amazing. The guys stuck with it until they solved the problem with the remotes, which wasn't easy. They even cleaned up some legacy problems with the system. Really impressive service

John did an excellent job of fixing a couple of problems I was having with one of our remotes (apparently it needed an update and wasn't receiving it) plus showed me how to use my remote headphones which I never had quite mastered. I will call on him personally again in the future.
