I had geek squad set home my home entertainment system and could not be more happier with the results. Thw tech was uniformed, very knowledgable and professional. He made sure all of my querstions were answered and that I was comfortable with his end product. You simply cant ask for more than that. Thank you Geek squad !!!!

The Geek Squad team arrived as scheduled for the installation. They were courteous and knowledgeable. A problem arose with the Onkyo calibration system. A faulty receiver. The installers arranged to get me a replacement receiver which turned out to be a better deal for me. The floor demo Yamaha Aventage receiver. More power and easy to program. very happy

I have been using Geek Squad for many year now and have always been happy with their professionalism, patience, honesty and technical expertise. I will continue to use them until they give me a reason not too. But after many years they still haven't so i am very happy with the service they provide.

Good Product/Good Programming by Geek Squad. Our previous remote was dying and doing all sorts of manipulations on its own...frustrating the heck out of us. Now no more frustrations!!!

After all of our equipment was mounted and installed, time and attention was paid to programming our harmony remote. The techs paid close attention to including all of our included equipment. After programming everything, they explained in detail how to use the harmony and some troubleshooting techniques. Excellent!

The agent set up a new Wifi network using google internet mesh system after my Time Capsule died. He also reprogrammed all of my Wifi products in the home. He was also able to fix my Harmony remotes. Was courteous and efficient. I am a firm believer in the Geek Squad Agents.

Geek Squad set this up & did great job. Was a replacement for old Harmony remote. Like ability to control all devices on one remote but find it more sensitive than old remote. Is likely to change screens for no reason. Very annoying.

The setup of both our Harmony remotes went smoothly and were explained clearly by a very accommodating person. The problem, as always, is that I could not think of all the questions I needed to ask when he was here, and some problems have cropped up since that Geek Squad needs to address.

We had to go 50 miles to store to pay before they would schedule a repair visit. Tech was very nice and would up not having to do anything but pick the electronic eye up off the floor for it to operate correctly. He said we would be refunded all but service charge, but that did not happen. Very disappointed in charge.
