Raf and Matt came to set up our TV, Sonos and Universal remote. They did an excellent job. RAF was extremely knowledgeable about the technical aspect. They made sure all our questions were answered before they left. They gave they contact info just in case we have any questions.

It turned out that this remote control was not the one needed. so I returned the product. Your employees were a good reflection of your company.

The extra money I spent to have this done was well worth it.Last time I did it myself and took an entire day.This guy had it completed in ten minutes with all the correct codes and sequences.Even addind program for a game system I had not yet installed.Saved me lots of frustrated trial and error.

The techs reviewed my installation and dit double shooting, quickly settling on a non-functioning device. After informing me of options, they bypassed the device and the system works almost as intended originally.

My Geek Squad tech did a totally comprehensive job of cleaning up my Apple Mac OS Catalina desktop after my time-wasting effort. I'm 90+ years old and he was both professioal and patient in achieving my expectations.

Our Tech made 2 trips out to help with the programing. He was here both times when he promised to be here. Before coming into the house he put covers on his shoes. He made sure we could operate the control before he left and told us to call him if we had any questions. We were so glad we left the set up to the professionals.

Geek squad has helped set up our 85 in. tv, our receiver and speakers. They also programmed our universal remote and set up our new dvd player....did an excellent job on all of them. Would recommend to friends and family.

The tech that came out to program my new remote was great. I live in the country 50 miles away from nearest Best Buy. He was very helpful in letting me know his arrival time. He was patient when showing me how to use the new remote. I've had the remote for nearly 2 months and am very pleased.

While the initial Geek squad came to my home to program the remote there was little time for instruction. Some of the buttons were confusing. Best Buy sent another team out to specifically teach us the ins and outs of the remote. We had no problem after the "in house course".

The geek guys were knowledgeable and professional - could not ask for better service.

Bought a new Apple TV and needed my Harmony remote to work with it. Initially it did, but now won't open the Apple TV app. I have texted twice and am looking forward to hearing back. Something is not right and I would appreciate some HELP , pls.

I have a new home theater which includes a new remote. The Geek Squad did a good job programming the remote. I am still learning how to use the remote as it is way more sophisticated than my old 25 year old remote.

Purchased this model bcuz recommended by online chat representative to be just like the one I had. Unfortunately it isn't the same. I'm getting accustomed to it but wish my Geek Squad Rep had been able to tell me which one to buy. The installer from Geek Squad is awesome. Same man that did my first one.

Setting up an entirely new set of tv and the dvd and speaker components with one universal remote needs professional programming. Geek Squad did great job. They showed up in van that was missing one of the needed cables so one star less as they made quick trip back to store.
