Andrew is wonderful. This is the 2nd or 3rd time he has been to our home to reprogram our remote due to changing in TV service providers. He is always very helpful, answers our questions and and makes sure we understand before he leaves.

I have had a need for a GeekSquad rep 3 times over the past month. Each time the person or persons they dispatched were knowledgeable, patient and informative. They called before their arrival, were on time and cleaned up as they went along. I will use them for all my service needs going forward.

All our television equipment had to be disconnected and moved for carpet installation. Rather than tackle the installation ourselves, we called the Geek Squad. Shawn and his assistant were fabulous. Had everything set up and programmed quickly, then took the time to explain everything to me -- the non-tech.

I am very pleased with the help we received from Geek Squad. They were extremely diligent and double checked all their work before they left. They were able to overcome some obstacles with components not communicating and gave us easy instructions to follow going forward.

Brian W was amazing! He was courteous, honest and a true delight. I want Best Buy to know they. have a great employee. Makes me happy to be contracted with Geek Squad.

The techs helped set up the Dish TV Remote but he had problems in doing so. I now have 2 TV remotes one for the Sony TV, and another for Dish, but it is confusing, as the tech did not explain to me on how I go from Dishnetwork to Smart TV on the remotes, so I see updates come up on my TV, but don't know which remote to use? So far I have not been able to do any updates. Next problem is I don't know how to navigate to Smart TV and then get back to Dish. That to was not explained? So sadly, I can't enjoy the Sony TV as much as I like in case I use the wrong remote and knock out the Dishnetwork!!

I am very happy with the reprogramming to use previous audio set up, but the on/off sequence is not quite right. Agent had to connect in to program existing remote so not easy to fix on site. Other than that, the entire service call was great.

Carlos Cruz knew he was dealing with a senior citizen and took the time to explain and demonstrate the workings of my Harmony remote. When I goof it up, I hope he will be the technician who comes back to fix it.

Great service rep. Figured out what was wrong when the two prior could not. Had the right software on his computer. Analyzed the other issues and came up with solutions

The Geek technician "Daniel Goldsmith" was very knowledgeable and put in great effort to restore my Harmony remote functionality. Both he and his assistant were courteous and professional.

You definitely want the Geek Squad to do your remote programming. Not only will they set it all up for you, if you have someone who does not know how to work it (or accidentally disrupt the settings) you can call them to correct the programming. Awesome!

The Geek Squad performed very satisfactorily. They were thorough, did not appear rushed, answered all our questions and had patience with a couple of tech-illiterate oldsters. The experience could not have been better unless they came back in 10 days to review and see if we had any more questions.

The agents mounted our TV and showed us how to use remote. They also helped with our sound in TV. Did a great job. The TV was a hard mount but they did the job in a satisfactory amount of time.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. What happened to the Best Buy that I remember? Not once but twice they were a no show for a new home theater remote and programming service. The window is 7 to 7. Last Wednesday was cancelled cuz they scheduled geek squad instead of the specialized home theater people. Never bothered to let me know it was cancelled. Today I called at 9 am to get a closer ETA. Never got one. Then at 6:45 pm today the home theater company called me to tell me Best Buy screwed up again (something about not getting them the remote ) and they had to cancel. And waited almost 12 hours to tell me. I am so done with Best Buy.

Tim did an outstanding job installing our home theater. It was done quickly and he followed up with further set up and programing after our cable system was updated. He then gave us his card with instructions to call if we needed any help with our new system. Thanks a Bunch!

I really respect the guys who came out and did the install. They arrived on time, were very polite and informative. Very neat and precise, in how they installed the equipment. Cleaned up when they were done,a nd even gave us their cell numbers, in case there were any questions.

Our agent, Majestic, did a great job fixing/setting up our harmony remote, even going above and beyond to get the job done when we had misplaced the information that would have made it easier for him. Majestic was great!

Having the Geek Squad set up and program the entire system was well worth the money. Even something like a remote was worth the money, just to know that it was done right, they taught you how to use it, and there was zero frustration on my part (priceless).

Rep come over and install my Logitech Remote And hook it up to home theater setup .and also made where I can turn all equipment on to specific source with my Apple TV, Nvidia Sheild ,or PS5

The installers were very professional, respectful, knowledgable, and fast. The gentleman even gave me his phone number and said if I had any question to give him a call. Sure enough I had to call him not once but twice. He was kind and understanding both time!! I couldn't ask for better service!!! Thank You!!!
