Don't know what us older people would do without Geek Squad - love them and their patience to teach those of us that did not grow-up with modern technology. Wish they would give classes at the local store - we would purchase more electronics, if we knew HOW to use them.

The squad understood this remote programming and brought it up to speed quickly and error free. Only down side they did not spend the allotted time paid for in advance to review details of using remote with me.

Dustin Bouschet from the Geek Squad programmed our Harmony remote for us. He did the job quickly and very efficiently. The Harmony remote now controls all of our Home Entertainment devices in one convenient remote. We are very happy with this service that Geek Squad provides.

Tech came on time and called before he came. He was able to clearly explain why I was unable to set up the remote myself. He took his time and explained what he was doing as he did it.He made sure I knew how the device functioned before he left. Gave me his phone number in case I had questions after he left.

Corey and Rocco did a fantastic job explaining everything needed to us. We even videoed some of the instructions. We feel comfortable reaching out to them if we come across a question too! Great job guys!!

Just had to reset the remote. It was something only they could do. Guys were on time. Very polite and helpful. Only issue was everything was put back the way it was before power failure. Except the time. It’s still an hour behind the correct time??

The agents reprogrammed the remote and fixed the "bugs". The TV was turning on by itself in the middle of the night. They also helped us transition from Spectrum cable to You Tube TV.

We had a Harmony One, that worked just fine until the charging cord needed replacement and, the battery! Neither, was in stock nor carried anymore. It seems Logitech doesn't believe in supporting their products after a couple of years!

The Geek Squad members did an outstanding job of quickly programming my Harmony 650 remote to connect all of my devices(TV, DVR, DVD player, and SoundBar) to my remote. I was shown how to watch TV, how to watch a movie, and how to use Smart TV with the new remote.

We were using three remotes prior to the Geek Squad programming our new Harmony remote. It was worth the extra cost to have the experts do the programming of the remote rather than me fumbling around trying to do it myself. Now, it's a pleasure to use just one remote!

Geek Squad agents called ahead, arrived when they said they would, were respectful of our home and property, and programmed the universal remote so that it operates all devices. They also informed us that a recently purchased cable was defective. As non tech people, we thought we were doing something wrong.

The GeekSquad showed up on time and proceeded to take old tv down and mount the new one. They used a new mount and programed my harmony in no time! I highly recommend the Greek Squad.

Unfortunately my Harmony Remote does not support the new LG displays so we were unable to set it up.
