Geek Squad agents called ahead, arrived when they said they would, were respectful of our home and property, and programmed the universal remote so that it operates all devices. They also informed us that a recently purchased cable was defective. As non tech people, we thought we were doing something wrong.

Not overly impressed as it took the Geek Squad member 4 hours to program the remote This is on the last one to come to the house - the one before that wasn't qualified to up date our remote - even though I told them at the store to look up our remote - just purchased - to make sure they sent the right individual as this remote is a hard one to hook up. Other than the situations listed - have always been pleased with their services - ADVICE Provided - double check to make sure the individual assigned knows what is expected of them when they arrive

the geek squad has been out to our home many times for item purchased from best buy. we have all the confidence in their tech ability to install and program our needs

Well worth it! Agent was personable and polite. I look forward to using them in the future for all other electronic needs. Could not have been a better experience unless they left me a bag of cash before they left.

Without the Geek squad, I'd probably need to interpret smoke signals for information. Accolades for their quality of work, fair pricing along with a great attitude.

Bought new TV and new Harmony remote control. Had Geek squad come in set up new 75 inch TV and mount on wall and set up my new Harmony remote control. Came in and set everything up and did a great job.

Best Buy salesperson gave my husband the wrong remote. When Geek squad called to set up a time to install it, he said that the remote was the wrong one. He got the correct for us and installed it in little time!

I have older components which made programming my new Logitech Remote a bit more challenging.....Geek Squad arrived as scheduled, very professional and polite, and got my components and TV "talking to each other" - a most worthwhile service!

We purchase from Best Buy everywhere we have lived in the USA. In our various homes we have also used the Geek Squad for installation and have always received professional friendly service.

The girl at the sign in desk was not very pleasant. Attitude was a problem. The Geeks that came to my house to program my remote were friendly , polite, and professional. Great job by sales rep and Geek Squad/.

Was told about this product by a Friend and asked my Geek Squad guy about it.... He told me it would be a Great addition and convenient.... G.S Guy set it up for me and showed me the way to use it ant told me to play with it until I had it all down..... I enjoy it.... Better then a Key Board.

The Geek squad installed our new TV, 7 channel sound system, blu-ray and programmed our Logitech remote. This included delivery of all components and running speaker wires underneath our carpeting. One button on/off on the Logitech remote for TV or Blu-ray and associated devices is great.

This was the first time I used the Geek Squad to setup a new TV, Blu-ray player, universal remote, soundbar, etc. What a great experience! They installed everything very quickly, demonstrated how to use each component, and answered all my questions. Money well spent.

No one showed up for first appointment and no one called to cancel. Had to wait another week to get the Harmony programmed. However once the technician showed up he did a great job! Very happy with the AV system and the Harmony controller now. Better than any I have had.

We purchased all new devices for our home theatre (TV, receiver, blu-ray, Harmony remote) and the "geek squad" installed it all for us. They did a thorough professional job and patiently answered all or our questions. We were very happy with the 2-person team who did our installation.

Geek Squad Reps were very professional, they got the job done very quickly. At the same time theymade sure to answer all my questions, and also made sure I understood how to use my remote before leaving.
