A great reason to have annual protection With Geek Squad. They know tv and Ectronics And service perfectly the first time

Super job programming my new remote control. This was a particularly difficult task since I had 6 components that needed to be taken care of. The job was completed with the highest level of service.

The Geek Squad installers exceeded my expectations. Courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the product specifically. I have used Geek Squad before, and will use again for my next home theatre upgrade.

Needed Geek Squad to come set up remote as I have so many items hooked up to home theatre. I really needed someone who knew what they were doing and Geek Squad did it. Ask for Andrea as she is good.

The Geeks installed our system and set up our universal remote. The techs were very professional and helpful, and they programmed it based on our choices. We would have struggled through it if we did it ourselves, but glad we didn't. The service was well worth it!

The major downfall compared to my older two Logitech Universal Remotes is that the newly purchased model does not support my wife's outdated Classical iPod by Apple. As a result, programming the remote to "Listen to iPod via USB port" is not compatible.

The Technician was GREAT, very knowledgeable and helpful, for her services it was worth putting up with the problems in dealing with Best Buy. Make sure you reward this individual, she's one of your best assets

The agents programmed my universal remote control and showed me how to use it. I’m so glad I didn’t try to do it myself. It looked extremely complicated but they definitely knew what they were doing and it works great.

My service was outstanding once geek squad arrived. However the sales person at store sold me remote that would not do what I wanted to do. Luckily geek squad had remote in van so I could purchase from them. But had go back store return other.

The geek squad guys did a good job programming my remote. The appointment when days are fairly long 8 to 12 or 12 to 4. It also took a long time to program my remote, much longer than I expected. However they tested And ensured that everything worked before they left. They were very thorough.

John and Jay were awesome to work with! They reprogramed two remotes and got us hooked up to Netflix, Roku, and Amazon Prime. They were both very patient and helpful in helping us navigate all of the new devices.

I asked for Geek Squad but they sent out a third party instead.The non- Geek Squad contractor was great. He was professional and efficient. I would definitely use him again.

The Geek Squad Performed their Duties to a TEE... Complete System Including, TV , Blue Ray, Cox DVR , ALL Mounted on Wall & Glass Shelves... The TV Can be Rotated Left to Right or Tilt Up or Down... Awesome
