Our initial experience was rough. Tim and Scott picked up the ball and salvaged any future business with Best Buy. Everything was delivered and installed perfectly. Our orientation by Scott was outstanding!

The Geek squad guy who came was very knowledgeable and showed his expertise by installing AND EXPLAINING WHAT AND WHY HE DID WHAT HE DID!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!

The technician analyzed the problem and determined that the power strip needed to be replaced. He had what I needed in his van and for a fair price, replaced the non-working strip. Our universal remote is once again operational.

My system was talking and operating the way we wanted. Geeks recommended this unit for operation and cost as well as I'll never have 15 items to operate. The come in and did two of them. Unless your tech savvy I'd let the geek squad do it.

Technician arrived on time, accomplished the job. He had to come back, because he speaker settings were incorrect and he didn't catch it the first time. He returned the next day and fixed the situation. He also answered other questions I asked at the time.

The person who came to my home to program was "THE BEST" technician I ever had come to my home. He was KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING and KIND. He was downright "AWESOME". He answered all and every question for me and again all I can say...HE WAS GREAT!

Agent arrived at appointed time. Was very nice and stayed several hours getting all the parts working together. Have Universal Remote to control all parts. It is not quite as easy to operate as it had sounded. Wish there could be a simple instructions for operation.

the sound bar set up is far to complicated for someone who isn't computer savey...my husband had no idea and still doesen't like the one thing he wanted was the universal remote, I on the other hand love it and wouldn't change it for anything.
