So great having one remote, having to only use another when doing voice command. Hesitant to spend $100 for the service, thought I could program it myself but I'd still be trying to figure it out.

Geek squad gave me a time frame repair work between 4:30-8:30 pm. They called at 8:00 and said they were running late. They arrived at 8:45 and spent an hour there. The technicians were fine, but it was late for all of us. Once they fixed the one problem, they proceeded to reprogram the entire remote, which took an hour. They left near 10:00 pm and my remote is more confusing now. The individuals were knowledgeable. I think Best Buy put them in a bad spot by extending their day so late into mine. I've gone to Office Depot for my next tech contract.

I requested Geek squad to come to my home for the 3rd time. First was to install new TV. They sold me on Logi universal remote and an Eero modem In order to use just one remote and to improve my Wifi signal respectively. The Eero has been a great addition and provides faster consistent speeds. The Logi remote, however, has not been as awesome. It works differently on the two TV’s we have. Apparently I need to go online to reprogram the remotes. So not sure why they came out 2 additional times the last which cost me $100- with no further programming being done on Best Buy’s part. A bit disappointed.

My tech programmed my new universal remote - he did a great job setting up each item (tv, dvd, music, gaming etc....) and making sure they all worked and showed me how the remote worked and how to use it!!!

I had new sonos speakers installed, including play bar, play 1 and bass, and also had them install a harmony remote so I could hide my cable box. The harmony remote is cumbersome to use. It was difficult to toggle back and forth between music and tv...I lost volume control and can no longer play music ...the touch pad is not sensitive to the touch, resulting in numbers often being entered twice or not at all. .the app keeps telling me I need to install a device, despite the fact that the geek squad set this up for me a few weeks ago. I've tried contacting my Installer but I have not heard back from him. Very frustrating.
