    Remotes reprogramming

    The agents corrected problems with my Harmony universal remote and my Xfinity remote. They were not working correctly after I swapped the DVR.

    Larry Williams with Geek Squad programmed this for us, explaining everything as he went. Could I have done it myself? Probably, given lots of time, but we chose to let the experts make sure it was done correctly. Thank you Geek Squad.

    I am very pleased with this service purchase and the work they did while assisting me with connecting everything correctly and explaining how to use everything via my remote control device, etc.

    She reprogrammed the remote, which was on hdmi 3 and then told me that the hdmi 1 cable was broken.Said I needed an electrician to replace it ???

    I had changed my carrier for internet and thus my TV. The Geek Squad came to reprogram my remote because my new carrier wasn't able to. It was reprogramed successfully and is much more convenient now.

    So great having one remote, having to only use another when doing voice command. Hesitant to spend $100 for the service, thought I could program it myself but I'd still be trying to figure it out.

    Geek Squad Agent Scott set up and programmed my new Logitech remote. I had a question and he followed up the next day and resolved my issue. Great customer service.

    The Geek Squad programmed my Harmony remote with the existing pioneer receiver and my new LG OLED TV. Everything went fine and is working fine.

    Reprogramming Logitech Remote

    Geek squad gave me a time frame repair work between 4:30-8:30 pm. They called at 8:00 and said they were running late. They arrived at 8:45 and spent an hour there. The technicians were fine, but it was late for all of us. Once they fixed the one problem, they proceeded to reprogram the entire remote, which took an hour. They left near 10:00 pm and my remote is more confusing now. The individuals were knowledgeable. I think Best Buy put them in a bad spot by extending their day so late into mine. I've gone to Office Depot for my next tech contract.
