The tech was not going to be able help us with our need he found that the service we requested was not needed. So he got the money refunded to us. I m very satisfied with the job and knowing that you are not trying to charge me more than needed.

The guys arrived early and did a great job setting up the new remote and making sure the tv, roku and other components worked. They wore masks and were very polite.

Chris was awesome. He was able to re-program my Harmony remote to suit my needs in our new home. He also explained how to do it myself when I needed to.

Purchased new TV and speakers as well as Harmony universal remote. The installation was totally seamless, painless and best of "turnkey". We didn't have to do anything. Installer gave a good explanation on how to use everything also.

Not being that savvy with in the wall mounted tech world, geek squad installed this with the Harmony Logitech and all seems to be working well. I put all other remotes away, all you need is one!

Guys from the geek squad are friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. Explain how to use products. I had them install all of my TVs and wow and impressed with their service.

Our agent connected a harmony remote to a new TV, a Cox Contour box and an ancient Yamaha receiver. Absolutely amazing that one remote can control everything.

The tech who came to do the work did a nice job and we would happily have him back again. We gave this transaction a middling score because it took 3 tries to get a tech to arrive. The first appointment was a complete no-show, with no phone call to say he would not be able to make it. The second appointment tech called a couple of hours in advance to say he wouldn't make it. Both times, we had set aside other things to be home for the appointment. It was inconvenient.

When we purchased the Harmony Remote a few years ago, it worked great. For some reason our Echo Dot stopped listening to the Harmony commands. We had the Geek Squad come out to fix it. He left without fully fixing it. So now we had them come out to adjust it with our new Wi-Fi system. They were able to fix Echo Dot to work with the Harmony remote except it will not turn off our Dish network provider's box. We have to turn it off ourselves.

The agents are coming back to connect my remote. It was incorrectly written up as a harmony remote but it will becorrected on the next visit

Geek Squad programmed my Logitech harmony 665-10 device. My previous one died. I am able to control my Apple TV, bose speaker and Samsung tv. Love having one device instead of 3 remotes.

It was nice to not have to worry about setting up all my remote controls and making sure they worked correctly.

Works as advertized and I'm enjoying just one remote for all my devices. The only downfall is the remote does not charge from my laptop's USB port (rechargeable batteries). Other USB sources seem to be fine.

Best buy sent a technician who gave me his nsame--"EDDIE". He did an outstanding job of programming our Logitech 1100. He was efficeint and polite. We would like to have him for any future home theater projects..

After mounting a new TV, a member of the setup team quickly programmed our new Harmony expertly. He was patient with our questions and ideas of what we wanted and how to use the Harmony to get them.

Well, my wife and I acknowledge that we are remote control set up dummies. Learning the geek squad does it all we were relieved. Was a great service and we so enjoyed our new tv and remote the same day.
