I like the remote better than the Comcast remote as it controls more devices, but it takes some time to learn the device and the Geek Squad did not give a lot of explanation on how it works.

As always, Geek squad did a superior job of programming the new Harmony universal remote we purchased. They programmed it, and taught us how to us it.

Technician was very courteous and knew what he was doing. He answered all our questions. Programmed our remote nicely, even tweaked the TV settings for a better picture.

I was first time user of Geek Squad and was pleased with the Geek Squad rep.. He was on time, called before coming, and knew what he was doing. (I had to have new Bose control programed.) I would use the Geek Squd again.

Two Geek Squad fellows took their time, explained everything and made sure that all equipment worked before they left.

Cableone guy screwed up my Harmony remote setup so, this was a "redo". Mike, Geek guy, was Super! Explained everything, suggested best, most effective options and walked us through it all! Great service!

Was very pleased by service. Was prompt and explained what the process was and answered all questions. The Logitech remote had stopped working so it needed to be disconnected from the tuner, CD player and DVD player.

Our harmony remote stopped working, After calling Best Buy, Chris Vert came to our house and fixed all of the problems quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Can't say enough.

Geek Squad tech programmed this remote; prior experience with a Harmony remote told me that even though I am very computer literate, this requires a special touch. User-friendly, works easily, battery powered.

after a second visit and some adjustments that took into account were I view my home theatre set from, every thing seems to be spot on, remembering this universal remote is about 8 years old

We purchased a blu-ray player from Best Buy and wanted Geek Squad to come to our home to program our Harmony Remote to blu-ray player under our Total Tech Support agreement. We were sent contractors that know nothing about how to program our remote ( same one came out twice ). We wanted one button Watch TV, Watch Movie, Listen to Music, and Play Games, which we had previously. When the contractors left we could not access movies without changing input and we lost our one button Listen to Music and Play Games. We have purchased two Harmony remotes in the past and Geek Squad has programmed flawlessly. I know that if we had purchased full system we would have Geek Squad out in a timely manner. But, because it is only a remote we are told we have to wait until after October, which is totally unacceptable. We want the service we are have and are paying for!!!

GEEK SQUAD did a great job of programming our remote control which operates all our big screen tv and sound bar functions. Could not have done it my self

The agents took my Harmony remote and synced it to all my devices. Now my e peri was in the nancave is so much more enjoyable. They did such an amazing job.
