I am physically challenged and the Agent was very helpful in programming my LogiTech Remote and making sure I was educated and able to use the Remote before he left.

Programing the Harmony is rather complex and it quickly blossomed into reseting some of the controlled device set-ups. I don't think I could have made it work. Very happy to have spent this money.

Best Buy eliminated all the extra remotes on our end table. We can now work all of our electronic devices with this one handy and smart remote. I highly recommend this service to anyone. Worth every penny!

In order to use our home theater we had three separate remotes! it was more than annoying...the directional harmony replaced all three. The menu is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

The Geek Squad employee was great! He arrived on time, went right to work, informed me of everything he was doing, searched for and found my old Logitech Programs, and did a fantastic job re-installing my remote!
