The squad member was very knowledgeable and in no time had my printer hooked up to new laptop and my surround sound working properly. He was most appreciated and I highly recommend the service.

The turn around time was fast. Less than a week and the squad was very polite, cordial, professional.

I preferred on site visitation for my Windows 11 upgrade. I realize I could have completed the task on my own or taken my tower to a store to execute the process with no additional expense. I have full faith in Geek Squad preferring this method although some expense was involved. I was kept informed throughout the scheduling and execution processes. The upgrade was seamless requiring minimal intervention on my part.

The agent was very patient with me I am not good with this new technology. Everything was made clear when it was shown to me.

Excellent value for my need to have a flawless set up of my new Surface computer at home using root files & programs from my HP laptop that has a broken hinge and won’t close. Beyond the setup we discussed security platforms, VPNs, and maintaining safe data banks using a combination of computer SSDs, cloud services and external SSDs. Plus I now have a personal Geek contact. I highly recommend WalterS. WalterS has excellent knowledge of my Microsoft Surface and he has strong communication skills meaning that he is a good listener and able to thoroughly explain software intricacies to the customer with concrete examples using every day language. I give Walter a 5-Star rating.

They came in set up the computer and installed the sofeware and made sure everything thing was woeking and my brother was able to excess his accounts. Great job!

“Buzz” as he prefers to be called did a fantastic job getting me up and running. Not only did the new computer get installed but printing,scanning and linking problems were solved. Was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain what he was doing and why. I give a 5 star+++ rating.

We originally had trouble trying to install a third Microsoft Word program on our third new computer. We had paid for three programs. The original Geek Squad member was short on time and couldn't (at that time) figure out what was wrong with the third install. After using a free word processor for a while, I decided is was not up to the task and returned to Best Buy to get another third copy of Word and have the Geek Squad install it. We had returned the one that wouldn't load. THIS time we got it installed properly. The gentleman who came to install the program took the time (because that was all he came for) to get everything up and running. Nice job!

Geek Squad installed all the software I needed on my new Windows 11 computer.

We upgraded our Geek Squad protection package and needed to install the upgraded Webroot softwear. During an in home service call for another computer, we asked the Tech to install the new softwear which was done quickly and completely. Great job!

Geek Squad did a great job, i like my install software. After the installment, my pc run better, so that make me happy.

Heather sent an e-mail providing an arrival time, and showed up on time! During the hour plus Heather was with us, she worked diligently and effectively to resolve approximately six problems we had with software and hardware, including problems with a download, problems accessing Microsoft 260, and backup issues. As a long time, much experienced computer user, Linda and I were impressed with Heather's knowledge and competency.

Very happy with our Geek Squad service and with installations we recently received. Geek Squad Total Tech employees were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable.
