I needed this product as a stand alone, not a subscription! It can be put on 2 computers! You need to have student or teaching credentials! Works as expected, easy to install,

It is a great value for a student like me. However, it would be great if it is explained clearer in the description that the buyers have to later prove that they are in academia.

Please do your research as I would advise against purchasing if you have a Mac with the most updated software. This product did not work on my Mac OS with Sonoma. Best Buy told me that they could not do anything. I contacted Adobe, and the same thing was said. No refund is allowed, and the staff just advised me to sell it to someone else, to which I responded why would I sell something that may not work.

This software is worthy to have one without need of annual subscribe. Adobe Acrobat is the best software to help you to edit, compose and convert to any MS format documents particularly with user friendly platform. Highly recommend.

Love Adobe and all it can do for my documents. During the pandemic, this has been a game changer.

Of course the software speaks for itself but the digital download did not work after being verified and I spent about 3 hours trying to get it installed. Geek Squad was confused as to my installation issues and ended up transferring me to Adobe support where I received a link to download the software directly then. FRUSTRATING and a lot time spent calling people to get this figured out.

The download and installation went smoothly. I did call tech support to get it fully registered and running on my 2017 MacBook Pro. It has every feature that I need/want in Acrobat, one of the most useful pieces of software I've ever used. Having upgraded from Acrobat 10, I was surprised at how snappy everything worked. I recently wiped my HD and did a clean install of Monterey. Naturally, I was worried about restoring apps but in particular Acrobat. Rather than simply restoring from backup, Acrobat insisted I reinstall. After entering the serial number (Make sure you put that in a vault someplace!), the program came immediately to life with all my settings intact. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This is the best pdf program, its a shame adobe is now not continuing to develop this and is doing subscription only now.

I needed to continue to use and create PDFs as an adjunct faculty and this seemed the perfect way to continue my work with students seamlessly

1. This is the same full & perpetual version of the product. Nothing is held back from the student/teacher version. You own it as long as your computer's operating system (and Adobe) supports it. Mac version features tested AOK. 2. BB's electronic download worked well. After download, authentication was simple with a .edu email address. Without, there are ways to submit supporting info I didn't need to try.

I bought it to have Adobe PDF editor on my computer because I used it for work everyday and enjoy it. I could use the default app on my computer, but I appreciate Adobe more.

I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. I downloaded it and installed it on my Mac. The installation was full of errors. I used Adobe Customer support online and it was a loss of time. Later I called the customer service phone and the technician could do nothing for my case. Adobe has a bad customer service reputation that I suffered on. Do not buy these products. Adobe seems devoted to selling products to corporations and does not care about individuals like you or me. Find many other equivalents that have great customer services...
