I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. I downloaded it and installed it on my Mac. The installation was full of errors. I used Adobe Customer support online and it was a loss of time. Later I called the customer service phone and the technician could do nothing for my case. Adobe has a bad customer service reputation that I suffered on.
Do not buy these products. Adobe seems devoted to selling products to corporations and does not care about individuals like you or me. Find many other equivalents that have great customer services...

Adobe acrobat Pro for students was purchased on line by mistake. App has not been downloaded. During the purchasing no clear message has been displayed regarding item “nonreturnability”. Multiple phone attempts to reach someone who could clearly explain the reason for not refunding the purchase resulted in circle running from one operator to another. Believe this is not a sort of reliable company behavior towards a client one could expect.

Software I assume will work fine but buying it this way was a mistake. No download link given after verification. My digital library keeps sending me to the same verification link and then it says already been verified.
