I thought this was like the regular photoshop that i had. I cant seem to understand it I dont know what elements is or find layers . cant seem to get a photo from my files to fix pictures.

The tech could not transfer the app from my old computer where I had just installed it. I couldn't get thru with Adobe and I AM OUT $49
