    I had a viper remote start and security system installed after purchasing from the Blossom Hill Best Buy location. I stopped by the auto shop where they do the installs to make sure the in-store employee had ordered everything that was needed for the install. Good thing I stopped by because the installer had to reorder the correct items. They had originally sold me a remote start system that wouldn’t work with the alarm. Do yourself a favor and stop by the shop, those guys and gals actually know what they’re talking about, the random kids they have working the retail side..not so much.

    I love Best buy but I will tell you what the geek squad over at the Hempstead location off of 59 sucked they installed the worst car lot on my car at $500 nobody will help me turn and help me fix it the very next the same night actually the next morning I went up there no service at all the service in spring was excellent but they sent me to a location in humble which totally destroyed my alarm at $500 again you can literally beat on my car with a hammer and will not go off I asked the guy to set the motion sensor sensitive he didn't set it at all someone help

    ComputerI will never purchase a computer from you guys and I will never Take a computer over to give Repair because I’ll take a computer over there and I’ll give it to you guys on and then you guys give me a computer that won’t turn on hello so you guys messed up my computer so I could buy one purchased from you guys

    A very nice upgrade for my car

    Only issue is that sometimes when I use the fob to unlock my car doors, it will sometimes unlock the trunk too. In order to unlock the trunk, I have to press the button twice, on my fob, to unlock the doors, and wait 2 seconds and then press the same button twice to unlock the doors/trunk. So it unlocks the doors twice just to unlock the trunk. There's no separate button for just the trunk release. Its really irritating when I simply press it twice just to unlock my doors and I get in my car and buckle up and then notice that my light indicator shows that a door is open, I have to get out of my car to open the trunk to shut it. Not fun to do in bad weather. It accidentally opens the trunk about twice a week. I do like how distant the key fob can go in order to activate the remote start. My front door to my home can be closed and my key fob will still work, turning on my car.

    Since I've had the extra add on I do experience the alarm going off and on in evening to night hours and on the viper remote it always says trunk open. When I look at the car there is no trunk open at all. I believe it is set extra sensitive but this is okay because the product works good!

    Agent installed it with perfectly, better than what Car Toys did and some things I found out what Car Toy's had done makes me sick, Never EVER recommended Car Toys to anyone, they do rush work instead of doing things by the book.

    The installers at the Pembroke Pines Best Buy store were amazing. Not only did they install the remote start so I cannot even tell they were in my vehicle but they explained how to use it to all of the what if scenarios my wife and I could come up with. The unit works exactly like they said and it is nice to get into a car that is not 100 degrees after sitting in a parking lot in the Florida sun.

    Before I purchased the Deal of the Day I called the BB Online customer service agent and asked questions about labor and how good of a deal it was or not. He told me that it should take about 2-3 hours at most for install. It took 4.5 hours, they wanted an additional 30 bucks to make the back hatch work, which should of been included, then they charged 5 labor shop fees and ten dollars for some wire and or harness, techs were great guys, but I am not happy with everything not working and having to carry three remotes to make it all work. Loyal BB customer for several years and now I have doubts about this purchase as the Deal of the day with BB.. Dennis

    We bought a Security System for the wife's car with auto start & the guys who work in the installment department did a nice job. All work was done as specified & the product works just as good as they said. They don't work on a commission so why should they lie about it. The workers at 95th & Quiveria in Overland Park, KS., in 115th & Metcalf & Olathe, KS. are all sharp & know what they are doing. These 3 stores know their stuff & stand behind what they sell & install.

    Good service. Several people helped me. Originally they sold me the wrong product. The guy who installed the alarm had to help me. It took two additional hours than originally advised it would take to install. The quality of install is good.

    Nick installed a field disturbance detector on my viper alarm system and made sure it worked before i left. He tweaked the settings to the best lf my liking and we even had trouble installing at first because the siren would not sound but he fixed that problem too. Nick is awesome at what he does and the next time i see him i want to give him a nice tip for being awesome.

    The tech didn’t seem to want to do the install but did do it. Everything seems to work and car was put back together. He was rushed at completion and didn’t really spend any time explaining the system. We keep getting an error message and he hasn’t troubleshot or really explained why. Will look for another tech and contact manufacturer.
