This product worked very well the first few months, but after 8 months it started to fail. After using it for more than 40 minutes, it freezes and doesn't respond to anything. I turn it off and on, but after a minute it freezes again. I took it under warranty, but they haven't given me an answer. I'm waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Pros: Alienware design Keeps cool Runs most games Cons: High price for the hardware limited upgrade path Purchased this because I didnt want to build another desktop. The 4060 was good for a little bit but I needed more power so upgrading to an on hand 7900xt required a power supply upgrade. Which you can't just buy one from best buy or online. It requires a specific one from Dell. Which costed nearly $300. Which then required extension CPU power cables to use the from DELL PSU. I then needed to purchase VRM heatsinks from some person on ebay in china so it wouldn't give me error messages at start up. Upgrading the ram from Best buy was also a problem. Tried multiple sets and could not get anything higher that 4800MHZ speed. The original ram runs at 5200MHZ. Buying again from Dell would have been $319 for 32GBs of ram. Overall if you don't want to upgrade and think paying over 1600 for a machine that should cost less than 1200 than this is great.

    A Grea Expensive Paper Weight

Very e3asy and fast setup. The computer ran for a few hours and did an update that included a BIOS update. After the update, the computer could come on to the sign on screen, but without wireless internet and I could not use the PIN to sign onto the computer make the computer a very expensive paper weight. Now, I have to drive 1.5 hours to Bestbuy to eighter return the computer or have the computer fixed. Really bummed

Would not recommend. Already having issues with games freezing at med-high settings after 1 month of owning it. I’m playing Apex legends, 7 days to die 1.0, Ark survival evolved, and league of legends. I should have just took the time and spend a bit more money and build my own. Will be returning it soon and taking the $50 hit to just build my own.

Unstable. I've experienced random shutdowns and failed boots. Looking online, I see many people have experienced the same thing, and Dell won't do anything to help them.

    Ethernet port stopped working...

Does anyone know why the ethernet port would suddenly stop working? It's under hidden devices too. But it was working just fine for about 3 weeks...... I'm confused and hoping and praying I don't have to send it back...
