    There are a few issues with the mouse. First of all the RGB looks great while it works, but it sometimes shuts itself off until you restart the mouse. Secondly, the scroll wheel is very stiff, so scrolling through a long web page or Word document will kinda hurt your finger. Battery life is okay - at 100% it will lasts about a week, but charging speed is insanely slow as it takes about 5 hours for it to fully charged from 10%. Overall, for the price, it's not a good mouse. Unless you are digging the design of this mouse or a big fan of Alienware, I'd say look elsewhere as there are many good options at this price.

    Noisey while wireless

    It worked fine, it was comfortable but when gaming for a hour or more it starts screeching pretty bad while in wireless mode. It’s advertised weeks of gaming in between charges and I ran it dead in 3-4 days of moderate gaming.

    the mouse work for less than a year, it was a realy good mouse untill it stop working,

    Requires USB port to work wirelessly

    Requires USB to work. Will not work on devices without a USB port for the dongle.

    I really wanted to like this mouse. I give it two stars because I loved the feel and design. I was thinking of getting more alienware gear; however, had to return this as the Alienware command center software would not detect this mouse. After searching the internet, this seems to be a known issue. Until this can be fixed I would look elsewhere.

    I loved this mouse, until...

    I bought this mouse purely based on its futuristic look and colors. it was super smooth and comfortable, it was my favorite mouse up until I connected to my mac... sadly mac doesn't support Alienware software for me to be able to customize the buttons, so if ur an avid PC user i would for sure recommend! Mac users... until next time haha

    Good mouse, the reason because of the two starts is because I had issues with the mouse connection to my laptop, had to return it and exchange it, hope it doesnt keep this problem on the new one

    LEDs lights dont work anymore after not even a yea

    I like the mouse its nice and all but my problem is after owing it for not even a year the LED lights dont work no more
