    The shape takes a little getting used to. Probably easier for large hands. Scroll wheel is poor, slips frequently without registering the action.

    Great mouse, delicate Mouse.

    I really enjoyed this mouse, but it breaks too easily. My nephew and I bought one each and had to replace them both multiple times.

    For Big Hands.

    HUGE. I wanted to complete the set to my M17, but the mouse is too big for my hands. In time I am sure I will be able to orient my hand in a way that will not cause pain, but I hope at some point they make this mouse in a smaller version for people without big hands. Heavy, has a little drag but can be configured nicely from what i can see. 7 different buttons, I dont want to return it, but wish it would have been just a little smaller.

    Buy if you want to match your everything Alienware

    Integrates well with Dell/Alienware gaming laptop/pc, mouse is too heavy and compared to my Viper Ultimate, tracking wasn't as precise and smooth.

    Painful grip

    It becomes painful on hand after a little longer use. Overall performance is great. Would recommend only if it fits on your hand.

    Good control and dpi, but materials used aren’t the best. Feels like very cheap plastic, and the back black part is more of a harm than benefit

    Nice mouse if it wasn't defective

    Had this mouse for two weeks. I way pretty happy with it until it started squeaking with every right click. Some games you're right clicking constantly, so it got annoying very quickly. I'm going to return this and hopefully the second one I buy doesn't have this issue. Luckily this started happening the day before my return period expires...

      Thank you for your feedback and review. We apologize for the intermittent performance you have with your mouse. Below are steps that can be used to diagnose the direct issue with your mouse input.

      1. Run diagnostics on your mouse, and you have the option to run online or built-in diagnostics (you will need a known good mouse that is attached to start the diagnostics).
      -Online diagnostics.
      2. Browse to the Online Mouse Diagnostics page.
      -The test will start automatically.
      3. You may be prompted to install or update the SupportAssist program, if so, follow the prompts.
      4. Make sure to perform the test on the mouse that is having the issue.

    When it comes to PC gaming accessories, avid/casual/moderate PC gamers all have some sort of preference with products and brands we utilize. I've been a PC gamer for over two decades, and while I am a casual gamer, I have been fortunate enough to utilize a wide variety of different brands and products over these years. I'd also say that once I found a product I liked from a particular brand, I'm usually pretty loyal to that brand. With that said, when it comes to gaming mice, I've also utilized different brands among a variety of games (FPS, MMOs, RPGs, etc.). This product in particular definitely belongs in the competition with other gaming mice in the same price bracket, though it also has room to grow moving forward. The mouse itself has a good "feel" to it when using it. As a side note, for someone with small or medium hands, the mouse may feel a little large - I have large hands, and the mouse feels slightly big, but not uncomfortable. Also, the material quality of it could likely be improved a little. Use-wise, it is actually pretty nice to have a mouse be both wired and wireless, and when using it wirelessly, there isn't much "lag" or a delay in response times, at least from a "casual-moderate" PC gamer's perspective. I'd imagine that some moderate and "hardcore" PC gamers may notice something more, but for the "casual" PC gamer, this mouse is good. - As a bonus it is also nice to be able to travel with this mouse if you game on a desktop and a laptop, or just a laptop. This customization of the RGB is fairly simple, though for someone who is not computer savvy, I can see where someone may need some more instructions or direction for initial set-up and use. You do need the mouse's software to customize it. I do wish the mouse itself had maybe a couple more input buttons to use, but I imagine that this can improve during the next iteration. Overall, I'd say for a casual PC gamer or for someone who doesn't play a game requiring a lot of buttons, this mouse will do the trick. But for more moderate or avid PC gamers, this mouse may leave some things to be desired in a gaming mouse.
