Looks so sleek. Thin and mobile. My only complaint is the resolution of the screen resolution being a bit low but i knew that going in. Very good value for the price.

Light, easy to travel. I bought it because I don't know how to use apple Os. Suggestion for someone to look into a laptop is, if you have extra money and not a student, buy Alienware, and if you are broke, buy Lenovo and Asus. Spec is nothing compared to Asus and Lenovo. The reason I bought this laptop is the same reason I picked a Louis Vuitton over a Michael kors wallet. I mean specs are the same but just Alienware will make people assume you have class :) And not a frugal.

Love it so far the fan is loud battery life isn’t awesome but other than that it’s great

Great laptop, I use for Business and Personal. Upgraded from the HP Omen, this is snappy, quiet and battery is way better than the hp.

It is a decent laptop. But the only thing I didn't agree with was the ram was solderied to the motherboard and wasn't able to be upgraded.

Good battery time for a gaming laptop. Fan noise is negligible when you are not gaming. Handles heat really well. Great to carry around.

Purchased during 2022 Holiday sale. Laptop was $1,399.. but I got an excellent open-box for $1,150 before tax. Anyway, this thing is a beast for the price. I want to say it is worth the MSRP tag, but at the price I got it, it performs super well. CONS first: This thing is loud under load. The fans do make a higher frequency whine, and can sound like a small jet on your desk. Headphones easily cancel this out, but something to note. Also, Alienware software is hit-or-miss. I found it best to wipe everything, then reinstall Alienware Command Center. Last con is that the RAM is soldered to the board, and cannot be upgraded. However, I have found few issues with 16GB of RAM. PROS: Screen is brighter than most competition 14" units, and the 1080p panel fooled my friends into thinking it was higher resolution. It is a great display. This laptop is super thin, and the design is unlike other units on the market, so it's fun to show people. I can run everything in my steam library at Medium to Ultra graphics settings, and the laptop runs great. I even put it on a stand and connected it to a 1440p 165hz monitor, and it handles 1440p gaming wonderfully. Overwatch medium hits 180-200FPS consistently. MW2:Warzone2 hits 75-85 FPS at medium 1440p with DLSS on performance. Cyberpunk, Battlefield 2042, Witcher 3, Shadow of the Tomb Raider... all run great at 60+ FPS on Medium to High settings. Nothing is a problem for this laptop that I have found.

Great little laptop. One thing i don't like is i can't change the rram the battery only last 1 hour

I bought it for Graphic Design school and so far it is a really cool laptop with lots of fun cosmetic features.

Incredible computer, and its value for money. Highly recommended for gamers. The only negative is that it gets quite hot.
