This is the best receiver I ever had! I have an older truck but the Apple CarPlay feature makes it feel like a newer car. I even added Alpine amps, 12’s, front and rear cams

Fit Great in my 2019 Ford Edge ST. had to buy also the idatalink maestro along with the pigtail to go to alpine and also had to buy the idatalink mft1 so it would bolt into the dash had to trim a little bit of the plastic on the dash kit but got it to work. looks almost factory.

Just buy dont think about it went in on my 2017 Silverado and wow amazing.

Unclear install instructions and cheap hardware. Of the four screws needed to be removed to adjust the screen height, two of them instantly stripped making it so i can not remove them, so now the screen will be forever stuck in its highest position, which is not ideal for my vehicle as it blocks AC/Heat vents. You shouldnt expect to get such low quality hardware on a $1300 head unit.

I was able to install this in my Cadillac CTS Sportwagon. This screen is amazing. Go BiG or GO HOME! Menu operation takes a bit getting used to but its not bad. Just have to play with it more. Picture quality is insanely clear and color is great. The amazing part about this stereo is that you can now listen to Hi Res Audio (TiDAL) wirelessly and sounds even better now. Finally! Im glad that i went with this. Worth every penny. This stereo definitely raises the bar and sets the standard of what todays Car Stereo should be. Alpine always amazes and never disappoints. Anything else is just uncivilized. Alpine is definitely KiNG for this masterpiece.

I’m giving this 5000 stars if I could. For anyone curious and motivated to get a top dash unit save your money and time and just go Alpine not the Kenwood Pioneer or JV B these are the only ones worth it for the bigger screens and real features. I’m telling you no doubt this is the best one out there the best of the best maybe a little more expensive than other brands but nothing comes close to this Alpine one . I have tried them all and I know from my own experience this is hands down the most superior dash unit on the market right now. I’m not some employee or anything just a guy who’s used all of them. Don’t hesitate dont look back dont compare dont think twice if you are not getting one of these bigger radios this is the one to get by far.

It’s amazing, so bright and clear, makes navigating super easy! Paired with the 8” powered sub box, sounds like a million dollar system, installer was great too, very helpful.

I purchased this for my wife’s birthday. She loves it. After using it myself I am a little jealous that her head unit is better than mine.
