Better than Nest

Good thermostat for the price

We exchanged our old manual thermostat for this and works like a charm. We have a gas furnace and ac condenser.

Unfortunately, I can’t submit my review until I rate this item. I will give it 4 stars because of how it look. I haven’t installed it yet. It looks sleek and modern though. I will do another review once I install it and see how it works.

Very simple to install and use!

For our house, we have two HVAC units and only one needed the extra C wire adaptor. If so, the Honeywell one is perfect for it and installed very easily. Once installed, this thermostat syncs with Alexa very easily and can be controlled remotely. I was hoping the internal relay sound was non existent but it was much quieter than my existing Honeywell one.
