That is frustrating, especially if using the “hunch” feature from Alexa.

Make sure you have a "C" wire on your existing t-stat. If not you will need to but the additional part or connect the "C" wire on your system.

Family will often try to change the temp and end up setting the fan to be on 100% due to how it cycles through. I wish I could just set it to always be on auto.
