Simple to use controls are accurate. A great addition to the kitchen. It takes cooking meats toa whole to level of tenderness.

I purchased this product on December 24th as a Christmas present for my wife. After learning that leaching can occur while cooking with plastics, my wife opted to return it. We never opened the box and still had the original receipt. We were told that we were ineligible to return this item on February 2nd because there is a two week return policy. I am now stuck with an expensive product that we will never use. Most company's follow policies that include service after the point of sell and I make it a habit to avoid those that don't. I am a Best Buy Card holder, which I will be cancelling, have purchased a Lenovo laptop, Dell Laptop, and an All-in-one computer along with many other products from Best Buy. We have always supported Best Buy but have never had to return an item. Now we know that it is best to take our business to a company who cares about customers after the point of sale. A Two week return policy is absurd and we will not return.
