As advertised. Reliable home UPS for desktop usage. Takes small footprint

A lightning had hit near the side of my house, I lost my router switch and the ethernet port on all wired computers. If I had a UPS that would have save me a lot of headaches, so I picked this ups up, it has proven itself a couple of time during outages. Do go without one, your hardware will thank you

My power hasn't gone off since I purchased this. So I can't say how it works. Like how the plugs have space in-between them and are on top.

I don’t need to technical of battery power packs so this one consistently does the job for my registers or smaller equipments at the store.

I hate to review any product without knowing how long it will last. That said, the item was easy to set up and has served it's purpose through a couple of what I call "Power Blips". That is, the outage is just long enough to reboot modems and DVRs. Cause clocks to lose their time. We have not had a power outage long enough to tell how long the backup will last.

I bought this backup power supply for my router since every time the power flickers I would have to stop what I was doing and go upstairs and reset the router and wait to see if it would reset, Now if the power goes out or flickers my router keeps on working. Its very reliable silent and out of the way. In other words it's a great buy I highly recommend.

I like the set up. Plenty of outlets. Easy to use.

The area where we live has frequent power "glitches". We have a UPS for the computer but every time the power flickered we would lose the time programming on the television. This power supply has taken care of that. It is small enough that it fit into a location that wasn't very visible and has capacity enough to take care of both the television and the cable box.

This is a new style housing for the APC line of UPSs so it looks a little different than the APS units we've owned over the years. However, it works just as well. With multiple computers on the home network it's highly recommended that you plug your router into a UPS too so that any downloads that may be occurring at the time of a power outage are not interrupted.

One of the best investment if you have a computer system in your home or office. There have been a few times when the power went out just as I was finishing a report. This saved me from having to start from scratch. I also like the surge protection feature.

Our old one died after about 8 years, and this was the replacement. I have a couple of computers, a wireless router, and a printer hooked up to this. On the chance that a power outage pops up, there’s no reason to worry if you are going to lose something you’ve been working on. Unpack, plug in - it’s that easy

Has worked very well for a month with a Dell desktop PC and a single monitor. I tested it by turning the PC off, unplugging the battery from the wall, then turning the PC back on. I ran some video content from PBS-dot-org for about 10 minutes before hearing a warning beep from the battery.

I have been using the APC backup systems for over 30 years. This is my third one, which speaks to their longevity and service. They are easy to set up and function very well. I was advised this unit should provide one to two hours for my system, which is more than adequate for my needs.

It's a UPS. It does it's job and you will hopefully never notice it after you install it. So far this little guy has done it's job spectacularly. And the USB charging port is a nice little add-on. It would have been nice if there had been a bank of three or four, but one is better than nothing!

Very practical, light weight, and plenty outlets, both types

This model has a user replaceable battery and I consider that a big plus. Pros: smaller footprint still wall mountable user replaceable battery does not beep much on battery power USB charging port Cons: only 2 surge-only outlets battery seems to be a non-standard size. I assume that APC will drive the market to offer replacement batteries at reasonable prices in the near future when users need to start replacing them since they typically only last 3-5 years.

I've always enjoyed APC products and this one is no different. Always dependable carrying a even voltage to the equipment you have plugged into it whether there is a brown-out or voltage spikes in the area. You can always feel secure for the protection it does. Highly recommend this product along with any other APC products depending on you needs.
