I am less than thrilled. I was forced to buy a new computer because my printer quit, and I had to get a windows 10, to work with the new printer. Less than year later, Geek Squad told em that it was garbage, and to return it and get my money back. I got another windows 10 computer. It lasted 5 months before Geek Squad told me it was a garbage, and to return it. I got an iMac. OK, it has a learning curve,. but I have been on the phone with AppleCare every day for the last 9 days. Only twice for lessons on how too operate it, the rest of the time for technical problems. It has only taken a month for performance problems to surface. I know that they are problems with this iMac, because I have a windows 7 computer that seems not to have these problems. It is not my ISP,igt is this piece of garbage.

Being the lowest of the IMacs I did not like the product at all! I bought it for two reasons: 1. Because it was cheap and 2. Because it was part of the late 2016 series. Once I ad that mac in my home studio I was appalled by the speed and its really really really really really really really slow functionality. Thumbs down to this product I returned it in 3 days later.

I had they been thinking about taking the plunge for a couple of years switching from windows to a Mac. I did extensive reading before I chose my iMac. The set up was much easier than I expected and except for a few things I still need to learn, I am very happy with my new iMac. Apple support has been great!

My old PC that I was planning to replace with this iMac is faster than the iMac! I don't know why they continue to offer such a dog.

I really enjoyed my Mac. I used it for online classes and my photography hobby. I installed updates and backed up my files. However, after 5 years...it has stopped working. I am able to log in, but nothing will open on my desktop. The wheel just spins.

This Mac did not come with ilife'11 i thought all Mac came with free ilife'11?

I buy this computer and I have to take it back two times because it has some problem... best buy won't help me and they send me with apple.... I buy the warranty in best buy for nothing.....

this was a gift for my husband. He has not been able to really figure out how to run it and doesn't like it. I can't return because it is past 15 days.

This computer is not worth the price tag always freezes and shuts down on its own would not EVER recommend

Not sure if I just got a bad one or what but It locked up on me constantly ,traded it back in for Lenovo and very happy !

I recently purchased the base, 1.6 GHz model with the hope that it would suffice for basic computing tasks like browsing the web and using Microsoft Office. Unfortunately, I was wrong - this computer was a complete joke. Startups were slow, opening simple apps like Safari would regularly take over 15-20 seconds, and I would see that dreaded spinning pinwheel far too often. I exchanged it at my local Best Buy for the 21.5" iMac with Retina display and it's a world of difference. I also have to commend the store for honoring their no-hassle price match policy, which ended up saving me $150 off the regular price at the Apple Store. I would highly recommend consumers forgo the base model for the more powerful non-Retina model or the Retina variant. The extra cost will likely be more than worth it when considering the extra few years of use you'll get out of them.

Worst apple product I have ever had. Was slow to from the start and continued to get slower.
