while iPad is a gold standard in tablets and is an awesome gadget, thr Best Buy process was way to cumbersome, too many emails and way more complicated. The price was better than other stores, bit the shopping experience was lousy

This pen is a must if you are using an IPad. It feels just like a pen and writes like it too. The battery is alright, but when it does die it charges really quick. Deff a must if you use an iPad for school or drawing.

My daughter has saved up her Birthday and Christmas money to purchase this product on her own. As of today she is very happy with this product. As a parent I like that she is able to do everything on her own as I am not into electronics..

This was my first new iPad since I bought the original model back when the product was first introduced. This is a great next gen product with the screen in particular being excellent.

The camera is better and the new iPad pro has many more features than the old iPads. The screens are much sharper and the size is easier to handle (not as small as a phone or "note pad, but smaller than the old iPad). Can get the pencil and other accessories to go with, but for once I would like to see them include the things like the pencil with the pad and not make it another purchase, it should be a part of your pad purchase from the start otherwise your pad doesn't have the functionality they advertise!

Like that it is so portable. Not being a tech person, I am slowly learning how to use the the different applications on the IPad Pro which are slightly different that Microsoft applications. All in all, I am enjoying my IPad Pro.

I needed to upgrade my iPad to a newer model and I searched for the best price. Apple products do not often go on sale but Best Buy happened to be having an Apple event and I saved about $80. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Nice iPad would recommend the iPad Pro. Easy to set up which is coming from someone that's never set one up before, like the size 9" not to big yet not to small. It's pricey like all apple products but well made. Would buy one again.

My new IPad is a lot faster than my original one however, I miss the larger screen. But that compact design is important too.

First time Apple user and I now see what all the hype is about. Fast Wi-Fi connection and easy user interface. Cool apps and great graphics. Definitely recommend buying the higher memory if you use programs that require local storage.

I really like my rose gold 9.7" iPad. It's perfect for me as an artist. However, I didn't realize the new line would be released just days after I purchased mine. I assume that is why the price was $100 less than regular price.

This is a great iPad for those who want to upgrade from their older gen iPad. This iPad performs fast & smoothly, esp with iOS10.

I am very comfortable with this iPad Pro, and my day starts and ends with this. I had a mini before, but I am happy with this size.

The Ipad pro was a lot of fun to use on my trip to go see the Seahawks play the Bucs, I enjoyed downloading apps from the Itunes store and the functionally and look of using apps was great, but when I got back home I notice I didn't use my Ipad at all. The apps I was enjoying were now being accessed using my phone and web browsing I enjoy more on my 17 inch HP vs the 9.7 Ipad. I've gotten so accustom to using such a big screen and having a keyboard attached that I could not fully adapt to the Ipad.

Love my new iPad Pro 9.7 inch! Don't know what took me so long to buy after my original iPad kicked the bucket. Great for home and work. Love the new features! I recommend to check it out..definitely worth it especially when on sale.

Even though the larger iPad made the bigger splash when it first came out, I am still partial to the 9.7" iPads. The extra processing muscle, the Apple Pen, and the smaller, more portable size, makes this the best iPad on the market.

Was nervous about purchasing this item from the open box inventory but it has done nothing but bring me happiness. Still in superb conditions and the financing options were perfect

Just like a mini computer. You can do most everything you could do on a computer but lots more portable. Great screen. I also bought the Apple Pencil, it work well when fully charged but starts to not react when down to 25% or so.
