I bought this iPad for several reasons to include playing games and watching movies. I will also be using it for a surveillance monitoring and controller for pool and spa. There's so many functions this product can do.

Really like the new iPad features, but its still a really pricey gizmo. I could buy a NICE laptop for this price point.

I got this for my husband to use then he goes to school and he loves it... The only draw back is how expensive it is...

Got an open box item during a sales window,so I got a double discount on the item. At the price I bought it at, this is a great deal. Screen is "softer" in lower light conditions. Images are sharp. And the device is FAST.

Great IPad! Had an older version that died . Use my phone a lot but I received this iPad for Christmas and it is great!, do not hesitate to purchase Best Buy had the best price and the customer service was awesome.

I bought this iPad to replace my older model iPad I'm so happy I did it's a lot faster and so easy to use I'm not so tech savvy but this is a breeze to operate and has many features that my old iPad did not have .. Great !

Love this product. Definitely nicer than the bigger one, newer model and has 4k camera vs the 12.9 inch doesn't.

I use it as a replcement for all of my notebooks. Now I only bring an ipad to classes and all of my notes is there and since its an ipad pro, it makes note taking so much more convenient with the apple pencil.

I purchased the iPad Pro for my daughter. It was an easy setup which only took about 15 minutes or less and she was ready to go. We are apple users anyway so it was easy. I love the lightweight make and she loves it.

Apple continues to hold me as the iPad Pro line has really outdone itself. The 9.7" screen is ideal for being easy to hold and yet large enough to see the fine details. Apple's iOS is easy to use, responsive and powerful.

I have used Apple products before, but this is the 1st time I bought one for Elementary school going son. It was easy to set up and my son got the hang of it very easily. The fingerprint "unlock" is a great feature.

Upgraded specifically for ability to bring in presentations and make notes directly on screen. Works wonderfully for this purpose! I no longer need to carry around binders of printed slides and notes for my classes.

I got this iPad as an upgrade from my old iPads. I needed something that is current with technology. My last iPad lasted 5 years and I could of used it longer. But it's a must to buy iPad with bigger space drive.

This is the first Apple product I have ever purchased. I bought it because an app that I have to use for my work will not run on an Android product, only on an iPhone or iPad. Unfortunately, I cannot presently use the app I purchased the iPad for because the app works with another piece of equipment that had its firmware updated just as I purchased the iPad. The app is being revised to work with the new firmware in the equipment. I hope to be able to begin using it within the next few weeks for the purpose for which I purchased it. In the meantime I have only briefly tried it out. There is a learning curve to go from Android to Apple. I find Android to be relatively straight forward and intuitive. The Apple operating system is supposed to be even more straight forward and intuitive. I have to admit that for the little bit I have used the iPad, I have struggled. I guess if you grew up speaking Chinese it seems to be much more straight forward and intuitive than say - English. However, if you grew up speaking English you don't have the same opinion. The manufacturer assumes you are already familiar with their OS so they give you very little information on how it works. For me, this is a work tool, and it is hard for me to find the time to learn the OS. Maybe if and when I ever become a fluent IOS speaker I will feel more kindly and give the product a higher rating.

I like to use Ipad, when I saw the unbeatable price, I always have the impulse to buy another one, this time I bought one for my friends, hope he like it. I strongly recommended you to buy ipad from Best buy.

This is my 3rd iPad. I upgrade as I can afford to. Awesome and useful device just far too expensive. I still prefer a Microsoft Windows computer for productivity. To me the iPad is for entertainment and convenience.

Great iPad. Needed an upgrade from my iPad from 5/6 years ago. With new updates, old iPad kept glitching. New iPad color and processing speed is great. Little pricey, but they last a long time before needing upgrade.

I am really enjoying my new iPad. I upgraded from a mini iPad because I eventually want to retire my computer and find I can do almost everything with the iPad I'm particularly impressed with the new sound system
