I've been a pc owner for over 20 yrs. This is my first Apple product so there is a learning curve here, but I'm less than thrilled w/ this for the price. Pages are sometimes slow to load or incomplete compared to my pc [using the same wireless card].

Since we got this, it's been freezing a lot. We would always have to turn it completely off to reset it. The battery life on it does not last long. But because I am bias and like Apple product, that is the only reason I bought it.

This is our 1st tablet. Currently using an iPhone and wanted both the phone and tablet to link well together. However I am finding the iPad Pro running extremely slow when accessing my home wireless network. Very disappointed so far.

If you are into overpriced, under Powered fashion accessories, this is the product for you. Available in a variety of colors to go with any outfit, this "tablet" is the accessory of necessity for the fasion concious student or faux professional. My daughter just had to have it so what's a dad to do? Give me a work horse samsung android for less then half the price and I can do more but with a lot less style points. Just understand you are buying fashion, not technology when you buy this.... oh, and I ordered it online from best buy for pickup in another state. Perfect service from best buy! Give them a 10 on that.

I had to return the first one because the battery would not hold a charge , to find the same held true with the next one it was equally as bad. I choose the rose gold color and perhaps it was only that particular color.

Really disappointed in this product. The pen is useless (no apps and recharging story is terrible), the keyboard is an exercise in origami and feels like cheap quality (really, Apple?). While the app selection is fantastic, as is my iPhone 6, this doesn't feel like anything more than a big iPhone without the ability to call. Granted, it's my first iPad - but for some reason I just expected so much more. The lack of enterprise class applications, security and management is a real shocker to me as well. On the plus side, I can play some really neat games. lol I really should have purchased a Surface Pro 4. I'm kicking myself now.

Don't see too much difference from iPad Air, but of course now support a key board and pen. Also the thumb print to open is a great improvement. However don't see it worthwhile to upgrade from iPad Air.

as usual, this is an overpriced apple item where you can get better performances by buying products from other brands that are not apple.

I thought it would have full, not minimal abilities of my adobe photo programs. What it has is the kind of abreviated programs stuck on new computer teasers. Still not bad

Thought wifi ready included cellular ready also. Mistake that takes away from a great product. Just too lazy to return it and will prolly suffer a bit because of that.

IPad worked great until first the increase loudness button stopped working. Then a month later the return to home button stopped working. Hopefully Best Buy will repair.

It is nice but it's a sickly an iPad Air with a faster processor nothing to new. Typical apple marketing that makes it seem more fascinating than what it truly is.

I use my tablet for games, browsing, and streaming. For the price, it is not much of an upgrade over my ipad air 2. Split screen doesnt work for games and streaming.

I need help with this I Pad. Seri keeps calling me Susan & puts Susan's email address at the bottom of the screen. Where can I get help to find my settings, etc,

After getting this product, we have had a hard time getting to the home page. It has taken some doing at times. It is all knowing also.so your privacy is gone

Costs too much. Limited functionality. Not a laptop replacement. Too big to carry it around. Just a gimmick.

That there was no cellular data package on this device! Only having had one iPad before this new one, I had no idea they all didn't come that way!

I am not impressed with this product. It seems to have a mind of it's own and does not connect or stay connected to wifi. Frustrating.

Almost as good as the 10.5, but its a little slower, a little thicker so its a little heavier, but it gets the job done.

Lots more you can do faster battery life is terrible experiance priods of freezing not sure if im too pleased with product
