    excellent laptop , came as described or better , great conditions , no issues at all , besides they send me a huge brick laptop charge is that is way too heavy to carry on .

    Good quality, laptop came in as a refurbished nothing really wrong with it other than some scratches. It’s pretty good

    Its refurbished laptop. It supposed to be fixed whatever issue it had before. The laptop screen was glitching and laptop turn off after 20min. Good thing it had a 30 day warranty on it.

    Had to return this item as the screen was damaged. There was a black line across the bottom of the screen making it so I couldn’t see the bar to access apps. Very disappointing.

    Returned! Never worked! So happy that BestBuys didn’t give me a hard time with the returned! I’ve bought refurbished computers before, but never had one that didn’t work. Turned on but keyboard didn’t work at all!
