Never came in the mail

SHOP AT BEST BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Customer service was completely unhelpful. They told me to file a police report, which was also an utter waste of time, as was filing a complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Protection. So now I have to pay a large credit card bill for something I didn't receive. If I'd gotten robbed by a mugger in a ski mask, at least I wouldn't know exactly who'd robbed me. But I do, and it was the sleaze-bags at Best Buy, who will apparently suffer no punishment for their crime. I've spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy, but I'll never give them a cent of my money again.

Non-Apple peripherals don't work on this

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited to try this new Mac mini; I've used nothing but Apple computers for two decades now, but have grown more and more annoyed at how proprietary they make everything. Both my non-Apple keyboard and mouse disconnect ALL THE TIME (both are wired). They have to be unplugged and plugged back in for the computer to recognize them. I have done everything I can to get the Mac to identify them through settings. This is beyond annoying. I don't want the Apple keyboard or mouse, I should be able to use any peripheral I want, isn't that the entire point of the Mac mini? If Macs don't work with non-Apple peripherals it should be very clear.

Like new open box was not even close

Bad apple

I have followed instructions and migrated backup from old mac. Noyhing works. It has taken several days to recover an apple account ID and p/w. Now I can't get into computer to clear migrated data and reset so that I can start all over manually. I want to exchange with a new mini mac m2.
