Fast and alot of storage, small and stylish. Apple products works well with me, having ipad and iphone now mac mini. Easy to use and a lot of feature.

I bought this as an inexpensive backup machine to use while my MacBook was being serviced for a new battery. As a developer I found it to have plenty of storage, memory, and power for my needs, and I love the small form factor.

I had a 27" iMac that I truly loved, but after a long life, it went belly up! Since all my data was backed up in Mac format, I had to replace it with another Mac. I selected the Mini because of its small footprint, and I already had a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The Mac Mini saw my backup drive and immediately started restoring all my files, applications, and data. Very simple restore in less than an hour, and I'm back up and running. Good thing too, it's my work computer! Very satisfied.

I have a special love for Mac Minis. They are work horses for the price of a pc. I have one running all my media, one I use specifically for Pro Tools, and now this one for video editing. I can't say enough about this Mac, and it's less than a grand. If you want Mac, don't need portability (although it's easy to bring anywhere), and don't want to spend over a grand, this is a must.

I am so happy with my Mac mini because it is way faster than any of the computers I've ever had. It is so small and lightweight that it is easy to carry around. Graphics is amazing. Another masterpiece of Apple. I always go to Best Buys for all our technologies. They have wide selection of products. Great customer service. Low price. I definitely recommend this product and store to anybody.

Being a PC user for 25 years and giving Macs a try, I have to say I am never going back to PC. Everything that PC does, Mac streamlines it and it JUST WORKS. I can't tell you how many times I had to troubleshoot things on a PC that I never encounter on a Mac. Now to this particular Mini, it is a great desktop for normal uses. It can browse, play Steam and App store games well, and even do most uses in editing software like Photoshop and Premiere/Final Cut Pro X. I do have to say though that the 8GB ones that I used was not enough RAM for what I use it for. I wanted to keep the mini and just upgrade the RAM, but Apple ended up deciding not to make the mini configurable. Even the new MacBooks are not configurable once you receive it. You need to configure it when you purchase it and I think this is why I can only give it 4-stars. If you want a cheap desktop alternative that will work the same each and every day, then get this mini. Just make sure that you get the RAM you think you may need for the future if it is higher than 8GB. Best Buy needs to offer mini's higher than 8GB.

My macbook pro (mid-2009) is still working but I can tell it's days are numbered. I am a web and graphic designer who is accustomed to Apple computer products, but did not want to drop the huge chunk of change required to get what I needed. The mini was perfect for me at a fraction of the cost (already had a 30" cinema display, keyboard, and mouse). It's portable so I can easily bring it between my office and home office while still having my macbook pro for when I'm on the road.

As retirement approaches, I am slowly converting all my PCs to Apple computers. And my phones and tablets to Apple products. They work well and can all be integrated together. They are fast, do not require endless updates, and will boot up in less time than it takes the galaxy to revolve completely around its axis. This device is fast, reliable, and fully meets the needs of my members of my family. I personally am now beginning to use one of the Mac Air products.

I love this Mac mini!I upgraded from a mac mini I bought in 2008.The HDMI out port makes much easier to hook up to a big screen Tv which I do.The improved speed is overwhelming.Finally I found this computer at a competitor for $100 cheaper and the Best Buy guarantee match kicked in.Then you get the 5% back in Rewards when you use a BestBuy credit card and you have aother $30.00 reward.Make sure you pay it off within the first statement to avoid any interest.

Amazing computer, super quiet. Clean work space. I've always had problems with big computers and switching from windows to apple isn't always the easiest thing.....Well thats what I thought, it was an easy transition. Its super compact, my work space is a lot cleaner, its super snappy and everything moves fast. Best choice I've made in computing for a while.

This is my first Mac and so far I'm very pleased with this purchase. I purchased this to use in live performances at my church to trigger backing tracks and vst's. The portability and price played a huge role in this purchase. I can leave a monitor at church and just throw the mac in my backpack and go! A second monitor at home makes for a quick hookup and I'm ready to work on the next set list. I will definitely be looking into a new Macbook soon!

This mac mini is a great purchase was very happy I did not go w/ the cheaper version. Purchased this for my office to be used by my assistant, she has not had any issues and is very happy I got this. Great product good price. I know this computer will out last any pc I would buy now a days.

If you want to have a Mac but don't want to spend $$$$, this is it. If you already have a decent monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc., why to buy an iMac? Buy AppleCare ($99) to extend warranty up to 3 years. One downside is that Apple recently made this model almost impossible to upgrade. So do some research before purchase, so you can choose the right model for you.

This Mac Mini is a solid system that was easy to set up. It has ample power but I think the i7 version would be better for my purposes since I am using it for a lot of intensive processing. As the kids use the system in their daily tasks it performs perfectly and is as solid as ever. Highly recommended for those looking for a solid starter system with adequate resources and a small footprint.

I own a digital Marketing agency. Over the years we've been mostly PC, but lately all our new employees have been asking for Macs. Got this for one of our new hires. We have always bought open box or refurbs. We were all amazed that this was more powerful than a more expensive Mac Book. Plus we found this one for sale as a refurb, and so the power came at a great price.

Loved the fact that the Mac Mini plugged into my SMART TV using HDMI, configured to the complicated AT&T U-verse system without much configuring and connected to all devices - networked and cloud based. What was not cool was that I got 18 month financing on an appliance worth about $50 less during the same time, but I was not offered the same on this product..........

It's fast enough, is aesthetic looking, is small, fits anywhere on a desk top, lots of connectors in the back. Reasonable price for what it is, and it's part of a modular computer arrangement which means it's easily swapped with a new module instead of some all-in-one-integrated-in-monitor setup.
