Computer was exactly as described. I was surprised that it didn't come in the original box since it was listed as new, but it did still have the wrapper on it.

As a Mac owner since the SE line and current owner of 3 other Macs, I have always been happy with their build quality and performance. I bought this used to save a bit on the price premium. The computer is in good shape and performs well, however, the power supply was missing the AC cord. Best Buy didn't want or wasn't able to provide one.

order this as a birthday gift for my granddaughter & she was extremely happy - so for my grandsons birthday I ordered one for his birthday as well

I got it because I’m going to be a college freshman and my brother told me to buy a MacBook Pro from BestBuy and I love it. I works really well. Nothing is wrong with it

Great computer! First one mouse didn’t work and contacted Best Buy and a replacement was sent that day! Thank you Best Buy!

I returned it the day after receiving it. The keys were completely covered in dirt, there was chocolate stuck under the fold by the screen. Every port was extremely dirty. I spent 2 hours cleaning the laptop before turning it on. The battery lasted less than 3 hours after a full charge.

It is a great working computer, however it is definitely overpriced. I would recommend buying another brand. At this point you're paying for the name.

I find BB to be one of the top electronics distributors in the US. Found this same laptop on another site, also refurbished and the customer can buy a 1 year Square Trade Protection Plan for $60 that covers: 100% parts and labor, no deductibles or hidden fees 5-day service guarantee upon depot arrival 24/7 customer support To bad BB doesn't offer a Geek Squad plan similar to Square Trade that covers HDD failures, screen failures, and power surges/ power supply failures....

the laptop was great everything came with it the charger plug the charger cord and of course the laptop you should get this there is nothing different than a new MacBook In my opinion
