I've also preferred Apple to any PC and this laptop is a beast. It handles all of the tasks I need extremely quickly and effectively. I primarily bought it for video editing and it works beautifully.

Beautiful fast and lovely. This mac and software is worth every penny. Turns on in a few seconds and you can get to work instantly and get back to your kids and pets and still have time to spare.

This thing is fast. I was in computer class running on Wi-Fi and was loading exact same pages as my teacher, only she was hard wired in on her computer and I was still loading pages about 5 times faster

I am thoruoghly please with this laptop. It has met all my expectations. I use it for school but I also use it to edit pictures. Photography is something I really enjoy and I love editing on my Mac.

The keyboard and track pad is such a bad design that I would have dropped this to a 3. I don't understand why apple went with this design

Upgraded from a 2011 MacBook Pro this is worlds above where my other computer was. I thought that the touch bar was unnecessary but it actually helps tremendously. You can use it for so much.

Simply a beautifully amazing machine. It’s quite overpowered for my daily use. Seeing how this would be my first Mac I decided go big or go home. An expensive but not a regretable decision.

My first Mac. Excellent piece of machinery! I'm not missing my touch screen Windows laptop. The only con is the ports. Choose your dongles wisely, particularly if you want 4k @ 60 Mhz.

I'm a MacBook Pro convert from a few years ago, and don't see that changing anytime soon as the last MacBook Pro I purchased ran nearly six years straight with daily usage and ZERO issues until the end. I'm OK with that given it was a six year ride. On to this current model...MacBook Pros are still holding on to what now feels like an artificial price point relative to the actual underlying technology. Yes, this is another great laptop, but I find the whole "Touch Bar" feature COMPLETELY USELESS. The forced migration to only USB C is a bit of a grumble, but I get it. However, I don't see any value or benefit to the Touch Bar other than to overreach for something of an unnecessary feature in order to maintain margin / price point.

I waited l long time for my Mac and now I wonder why I waited so long - this is the best computer i have ever owned and worth every penny! I Love My Mac!!!! Get yours ASAP!

Love this laptop. Purchased for my son, he loves it. Be ready to buy a dongle or two, there is one type of port USB-C. This will be the norm shortly, but for now adaptors are required...

Best laptop ever. Bought one for my son for college. He loved it so much that I bought one for myself. If you have an iPhone, you will have no problem learning how to use this computer.
