However, I need to share the full extent of the distress caused by this incident. This cannot be resolved simply by sending a private message. The experience I had on September 4, 2024, at your Atlantic Center location has left me deeply shaken—both emotionally and physically. Incident Details: A Day of Uncertainty and Stress At 11:26 AM, I received a notification that my $3,265.16 MacBook Pro had been picked up, despite being at home and not authorizing anyone to do so. I immediately contacted Best Buy customer service via phone and live chat, and both agents assured me that only someone with my ID and order number could have picked it up. They instructed me to visit the store and file a police report to investigate further. I arrived at the Best Buy Atlantic Center store at around 12:18 PM. What followed was an extremely distressing experience. In-Store Experience: Lack of Support and Clarity Upon my arrival, the employee at the pickup counter called for managerial assistance after hearing my situation, which immediately concerned me. When the store managers arrived, their response was not what I expected. They informed me that someone had already picked up my MacBook Pro by presenting an ID with my name but their photo. The individual was described as "an African American male, approximately 22-27 years old, around 5'7", wearing all black." I asked to see the security footage, hoping it could clarify how this person managed to fraudulently claim my purchase. Shockingly, I was told that I could not view it. This refusal made me feel even more anxious and left me with doubts about how seriously my case was being handled. Interaction with the Police Officer: Little Assistance A police officer was present in the store at the time, and I hoped this would provide some immediate assistance. Unfortunately, his ability to help was limited. He directed me to go to the NYPD's 78th Precinct to file a formal report, which added another layer of frustration to an already difficult situation. The Emotional and Physical Toll I spent over eight hours that day dealing with this situation, from traveling to the store, filing reports, and attempting to get answers. During this time, the overwhelming stress of the situation led to physical symptoms, including three separate nosebleeds. The anxiety I felt throughout the day took a serious toll on my health and wellbeing. Concerns About Best Buy's Procedures What deeply concerns me is how someone was able to pick up such an expensive item using fraudulent identification and why the store's procedures did not catch this. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of transparency and support I encountered at the store only increased my frustration. The refusal to show me security footage and the lack of clear answers left me feeling helpless. Lost Confidence in Best Buy I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for years, purchasing nearly all of my electronic devices from your stores. However, after this incident, I no longer feel the same level of trust or confidence in Best Buy’s ability to protect its customers and their purchases. I was expecting to receive my new MacBook Pro, but instead, I left empty-handed, stressed, and physically unwell. Moving Forward: A Request for Accountability I hope Best Buy will take my experience seriously and work to address the issues I faced. New to MacBook but great system, fast ease of use

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Not only will I never shop there again, I will be reposting this everywhere I can find a place to post. I bought this MacBook, trading in my Mac Studio, I had the Mac shipped to me and ordered a myriad of accessories. They said I had to come into the store for me to collect up my trade-in When I dropped off my used Mac. Then they said my trade-in of $1000 could only be on a Best Buy gift card. I said if that was going to be the case, I would’ve gotten that and used it to buy the new Mac. They said I could restore the new Mac return it, buy it again and then get money. Ridiculous.

I can say like its Very good laptop that someone can buy , Nice battery , Great resolution in the screen and quality , Smoothness , Everything about this mac is awesome and Perfect , You wont get regret if you buy it !
