    When it works it is great! The tip broke not long after purchase. I have the Best Buy total protection plan so I scheduled time at Best Buy for repair. At appointment Best Buy advised that they CANNOT repair the tip and I have to take it Apple. And the total protection does not help only extended Apple warranty. Called Apple and the price to repair is same as new pencil!! Googled it and found a way to DIY repair with tweezers. Also saw that this is common problem according to comments.

    I had an earlier version of the IPad and loved it so when I saw this version I couldn't resist. Didn't let me down.

    I really like how easy it was to purchase my apple iPad. With no interest for 12 months The sales guy was super helpful and friendly. All around a great experience.

    This is my second pencil, and I love it. I used to have the magnetic pencil but my new tablet is not compatible with it, so I had to purchase this pencil. They both work the same and I love it.

    While it does write well, it has trouble staying connected and it is not user-friendly like Apple products have been known for. It can be annoying to use, so unless you will use it daily, I would say its a bad buy.
