Apple needed to have different charging port. Needed bluetooth

Nice accessory but not easy to connect to the Ipad. I've tried connecting wirelessly and through USB but the pencilmis still not connected.

Unfortunately due to the age of our iPad the product did not work. Thanks though for all the in-store guidance and making the purchase so easy and just as easy to return. I am certain it would work wonderfully with a new iPad

Lowkey sucks if you really just want a cheap apple pen go for it

Understanding the compatibility issues with my iPad was confusing. Ended up returning and replacing with the 2nd Generation Apple Pencil.

Good, however i noticed that the battery life is not great :(

This is my first go with an Apple Pencil and there is something to be desired. The setup was trickier than I thought it would be (a quick YouTube video helped with that). Battery life could be better.

The battery life is horrible I don’t even use the pen when it’s fully charged then two days later it’s dead

It’s an ok pencil when it connects to the iPad but be careful as it’s a fragile item.

What is even the point? Without pressure sensitivity any knockoff pencil will do the exact same things- and be a lot less annoying when it suddenly stops working on day 2. Returned as defective for a refund.

I honestly can’t believe on a $79.99 stylist they removed the pressure sentivity. For an extra $20 you can get wireless charging and pressure sensitivity.

I no longer like Best Buy. They did not price match me and still haven’t received my credit for return on 18th

The Apple pencil is not one of my favorites. Tip is too hard.

Ordered the pencil that Best Buy’s website said was compatible with the IPAD I was purchasing. Both items were shipped to my son at college. The pencil was not compatible so I purchased the correct one. When my son came back from school he brought the pencil and we tried to return it. It was past their 15 day return policy and will not return it. I get the 15 days but when their website states it is the correct item a and it is not, that is when I have a problem

It is probably the worst apple product I’ve ever owned it only works when it wants to.

It isn't very useful. Has marginal capability for scrolling, provides no easy way to see if it needs a recharge. Because I'm not using it for drawing freehand, it has proven to be a total waste of money for me.
