Bought an iPad three years ago and it’s already unsupported. Had to return.

Okay, not the best product on the market. It is pretty basic

It is not as user friendly as I was hoping. When I can get it to work it is good.

My granddaughter loves it, shes been using it nonstop since Christmas

I received it on time, but the parking in a peace od paper and ship it to me, it did not work, i requested to return it but i did not get a change to do so. Because must of the best buy location near me are close. I ended up looking $80

I will say when it worked it was ok. But it stopped working i haven't had it for a month yet and already it has stopped.Maybe like a week or less it was no longer working.

Pen broke after a week of being used highly disappointing cause its needed for school

Its a great pen for the IPad 10th gen. But you have to charge it with a cord. Its not wireless charging abilities. So i rated it a 1 for apple design and the cost should be $60 max since i have ro charge it.

It’s pretty difficult to connect to your selected devices.

Wouldn’t sync to my iPad 10th generation. Had to return.

I got this pencil for my iPad 10th Gen and it sounded like a better fit than the first gen Apple Pencil. This pencil worked for maybe two days and never connected to my iPad again no matter what I tried.

cannot get the pen to work have tried multiple times

It gives my iPad streaks so bad I had to get apple care for it just in case my screen gets damaged, nevertheless if you need one, be aware your screen might get damaged because of the magnets.

Terrible pencil and design, it has less features than the previous pencil 2, and the usb-c port is not in a great area

This item does not charge and therefore it does not work.

Was told it would work with new iPad. It didn't. But the feel was nice

I haven't received the product yet, and I was told outright that I wouldn't be getting a refund because I forgot to pick it up from the Best Buy store near my house. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. Very disappointing experience.

There was a box for the Apple Pencil but the box was empty. I immediately contacted customer service and they sent me another one out. Upon receipt of the missing item I opened the package only to find another empty box. I contacted Best Buy again and let them know what happened and they submitted a refund request. However I haven’t received a refund as of yet nor have I received an email stating a refund was going to be issued.
