I ordered this Apple Pencil on 4/28. Best Buy outsourced delivery to Roadie. They did not pick it up on time or deliver. No communication was sent to me by Best Boy or Roadie. After multiple online chats I still have not received the pencil or a refund on 5-11. Terrible customer service by Best Buy. Not the first time this has happened either. They need to stop outsourcing to Roadie who is giving them a bad name.

My original Apple Pencil works better than this. It has none of the features of the OG model - What a rip off. Just buy a adapter for $9.99 (if you still have your original)

Didn’t find easy to use, never paired to my iPad so I had to return it!

No indicator light for charging, and doesn’t seem to charge at all. Returning!

Bought it for my kid for Christmas and it didn't work so its just been in the closet collecting dust. i don't know how it works. Didn't have the money to waste and wish i would of kept that money.

The pen was not connecting to the iPad. Took it to store for help and was told need to pay $40 to connect. So, I return the pen instead. No more Best Buy. I got the WORST buy experience.

Wrong pen for my wife’s I-pad, she wanted the pen that charges by the magnetic strip at top of I-pad

This pen is not the best. While it still functions ok, it takes several times pressing down for it to actually work. It’s not very smooth and hard to work with. I do a lot of photo editing and it’s especially hard with the way this pen was made. I have heard this is an issue with this pen and to go to the second generation pen.

Decription says it works with generation 10 ipad and even the customer questions section said it worked with this ipad. It doesn’t though so don’t waste your time

I bought this for my sister in February and after 3 weeks it stops working. I took it to Best Buy in Glendora , everybody was so unfriendly because I didn’t have plus membership and told me I have to deal with it myself through Apple Store. I am so disappointed of such a bad service, it is not Best Buy to me anymore it is woes buy.

Worked fine. This pen only works once it's plugged into the iPad and has to stay plugged it .kinda sucked

When shopping for this pencil it claimed to be compatible with the iPad, but does not work with the iPad, false information and then will not take it back. Return time is from order instead of pick up ridiculous!!!!

I am sure The pen itself is great and maybe this is user error, but the description of this did not specify which iPad were compatible with the device and with me having the knife generation my iPad is not compatible with this. I have not been able to use it purchase and ultimately had to just give it away wasting funds.

Doesn’t hold a charge for very long. Seems like it spends more time being charged than being used

Unless you are an artist or someone that hates typing, this item is really overhyped

The product is listed as new, but became defective the day after I was able to return it. It seems kind of convenient. I won’t be purchasing another one, nor will I be shopping with Best Buy.

Make sure it works on your ipad before you buy. Still needs cable to charge and sync with mine. 10th gen Ipad

Can only be charged by the usb cable. It has no short cut features on the pen should have ask for 2nd gen.

I was first sold the wrong pen, which finally after much trouble shooting that was determined. It was not a gift opened at given time of Christmas but well after so missed the return/refund window which adds to my low rating. The pen doesn’t really do anything at all. It requires a charge but not sure why. Don’t recommend spending $100 for this.
