I bought a newer AppleTV and it came with this remote. I liked the upgrade so much, I bought this one to replace the old black plasticky one my older ATV came with. I’ve got a teething German Shepard puppy who loves stealing remotes, and I’ve found these in her mouth a dozen times. There’s not a scratch on either one of them! The touch pad is a little smaller and harder to use compared to the previous remotes, where the touch pad encompassed the entire upper third, but I prefer the clicks navigational buttons they added around it anyway. Connecting the remote to the existing TV took only a minute, mostly spent looking through menus to find the option to do so. Actually connecting it was simple.

Great replacement for original series remote. Size and design change make it much easier to use than original remote.

For Apple TV owners replacing a broken or old remote, this 3rd-gen Siri Remote is a strong upgrade. It mixes improved ergonomics, smarter navigation, and better charging—despite minor quirks and cost. I only bought this because we lost the original one. Not so sure if there is a "finder" function. You can also tag it with an airtag so that you can find it more easier.

Easy to pair with Apple TV. Can use right away without delay. Only draw back is that they are sensitive to anything which causes them to stop working.

Purchased this to replace the 2nd generation remote. Works so much better.

Apple, in their infinite wisdom, thinks everything is more "intuitive", or "Natural" than it really is, but I digress. I'm glad i got this remote for every TV in the house. I originally got one for the three we us all the time but after a while forgot how to use the old one. These really do work better from an intuitive standpoint. A bit pricey ($30 would be fair) but I like them. They should be the standard. I think they are now actually. I use them and like them but would not jump up and down and say "You need this!".

I bought this apple 4k siri remote for my apple tv as I literally wore the old one out. Extremely easy to pair with your apple 3d generation 4k tv! Pricing was good at Best Buy at or below competitive stores. Don't buy a whole new 4k tv by Apple-try out the remote only first!

Larger than the original that my dog ate. Easy to navigate.

Very good product. Was waiting for the new Apple TV to be released but no word on when that will happen. My prior remote failed and needed a new remote. Very happy with purchase.

Much better than the old black Siri Remote. USB c charging is a plus. Battery lasts a very long time. For the price though, it wish it had better Find My compatibility like AirTags/Airpods Pro 2 and maybe an action button you could program to use for things like toggling Subtitles or the Light Sensitivity

Kids dropped our old one in water but this connected very easily and the added features are great.

This remote is a much needed improvement over the original. The old remote only had a touchpad. This new remote not only has directional buttons but there is an option to turn the selection button into a touchpad. This is a more versatile remote. The metal frame with added weight and usb-c support are also welcome upgrades.

Best Apple TV device yet. So glad we upgraded for this one when did. It’s worked great with no issues since we bought it.

Its the replacemwnt just not a fan of their remote. The voice function is the reason i wanted it. Yiu can buy a universal.for 1/3 of the price. I have one and most my family prefers it and it was $13.
