This remote is amazing! Finally merging all the needs for Apple and tv together using the Apple TV. I hate all other remotes!!

Another solid improvement from the older, but slimmer remote model. Honestly the prior AppleTV remotes were too small and easily misplaced. This one is solidly built as I would expect and paired easily with my AppleTV. We did add a 3rd party silicone case that gives this remote a little added protection and aids finding it. The rechargeable battery in this remote is long lasting. My only minor knock is that Apple did not provide a charge meter so one knows how much charge is left or needed.

I really like the dedicated Siri button—it’s super convenient for searching shows, adjusting settings, or even checking the weather without typing. The remote feels sturdy yet lightweight, and the design fits perfectly in the hand. The battery life is impressive too—I barely need to recharge it. After getting a remotel like this with my last Apple TV purchase, I've been slowly swapping the old remotes with this version. I find the build quality to be very good. My young(ish) children use the remote often and have yet to break one. The side button for voice control is also very convenient. The best thing about the controller is that it has a "find" function from within the remote control functionality of your iPhone. This saves you from having to buy a separate AirTag/sleeve to put the remote in. Regardless we put the remote in a silicone case to make it more grippy for the kids, as well as making it a little harder to slide in the couch cushions. Yes, it's pricy at roughly half the cost of the Apple TV, but that's really it's only negative. If you've got the cash and you want a remote that will last, buy this for your Apple TV.

This by far is better than the first gen remote. When I got this I definitely enjoyed how durable like the first gen. I still get to enjoy the touch capabilities of the 2 nd gen remote . Definitely will be getting a few more for our other devices

Exceptional remote easy to use no batteries required just plug in to your phone charger when you get a notification to charge my loves it had to buy a replacement for the one that got misplaced in the trash unfortunately when to my Best Buy store to get a replacement no hassle at all sales person gave excellent service like always no matter what product you’re looking for love Best Buy

I bought this as a replacement for my worn and half-working Apple TV remote. Set-up was a breeze! I just unboxed it near my Apple TV and set-up was automatic! Beautiful it also arrived almost fully charged.

I’m so glad the Apple Remote comes in USB-C. I can now phase out lightning cables completely. Works well with my Apple TV.

Love the scroll disc and ease of use. Nice weight compared with older models and like the ear of picking it up. Way better than the flat older models.

Sleek, stylish… but expensive lol. Also every so often you have to do a button hold combo to get the volume buttons to work again but all in all, it’s nice.

Remote was ver easy to use very durable I also like the on and off button Voice promp is awsome

The original remote lost the power button. Never dropped it on the floor, so no clue how it happened. It's disappointing, but the new remote is working as intended.

My other remote broke, picked this up as a replacement, works great, simple to set up.
