This is the 3rd replacement. Not sure what the issue was but it just stopped working. Each button just slowly goes out until they’ve all stopped working.

This remote is the best I’ve ever used. Easy to navigate and surf channels.

The remote is way better than the one that comes with the Apple TV.

The new remote alone is worth the upgrade. Apple TV is the best!

Perfect replacement for damaged remote. Easy to set up.

Works well out of the box but will stop working out of no where. This is the second remote that this has happened to. Save your money and use an iPhone to control the Apple TV if you are able to.

It isn’t easy to use. I like Roku better. There are quirks to the remote. I don’t like the floating movement over the buttons.

Its just not as good as rhe original that came with the apple tv unit.

Needed a new one, works as described, wish the buttons didnt stick so much.

Not my fav remote but it works better than the slippery other version of it. Not super durable.

Better than previous generation, but still has some touchy operating issues. Wish it would turn the TV on. Only does off.

I bought this new Apple TV remote to replace the original one that died after a few years. This new one works, but not that good. I had to turn off the trackpad for your thumb because it made the cursor jump badly from apps to other movements. The quality has gone down at Apple.

This has been the best! Love the on/off button which affects all pieces and components connected to the television. Still getting used to side button for voice activation, but worth the cost.

It's is a failed Apple product. After a month's use it is on the fritz and will not respond correctly to command clicks. An unnecessarily over priced remote that was grudgingly produced to replace its previously failed remote models. (Generation 1 & 2).

I bought this remote in Oct’23 and it stopped working today. So sad it didn’t even last a year! It worked well when it worked but the expectation was to work a couple of years at the very least. Not much is built to last long anymore and stores like BB no longer go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Extra TV power button is a selling feature! I purchased this remote so all my AppleTV have the same type.

Finally the b st and friendliest Apple TV remote!. Is easier to hold best control buttons

Bought because my two Apple TVs were interfering with each other. Same issue when o bought and synced this remote. I called Apple who said although each remote syncs to a separate Apple TV, because they are made to control all Apple TVs it’s a know issue they will cause interference. They didn’t have a solution other than to move my TVs to opposite sides of my home. I returned the remote.

Did not work. Charged it all! Still I couldn’t get it to work and sink up with my apple tv

Makes a good upgrade to your Apple 4K (1st generation). Much better than the original remote.
