I bought this thinking it would help navigate apple tv on my LG TV. First, I couldn't get it to charge, that I could tell, more make any connection the the tv. I got two UBS_C connectors, and tried over three nights to get it to charge. No luck. Of course no way to tell it was charging or not. Returned it.

It didn’t work no matter how many times we followed directions. Geek squad failed to show up twice rescheduled for today. Hopefully they will show. To add matters worse when I called to speak with a supervisor I was put on hold for 40 minutes so I just hung up. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

Glad to finally have a remote that is more controllable.

Purchased this in October 2024 and in February 2025, it no longer works. Yes, I’ve charged it and it’s DEAD!

Its better than the original. But still is difficult to navigate.

Remote stopped working after 3 weeks, and bestbuy has a 15 day policy on purchases so I couldn’t get an exchange or refund on this,

The item stopped working after just one week.I tried to return it to the Best Buy store and was told that I need to go to apple.

The worst, I have never replaced a remote for frequently than this one it’s terrible

This is the remote that should come with the Apple TV. See you in the price as it is what it is certainly how much is 30 a remote and has a few more bells and whistles.

When I bought it I didn't realize that they had switched the charging port to a USB-C so I don't have any way to charge it now.,.,.

Does not work with my Apple box and as a result I will be returning it as soon as I return home.

Broke down in less than 2 month. Such a very bad quality

the touchpad is a hit or miss. Sometimes it works flawlessly and sometimes it stutters or cuts of tracking. Otherwise, it's a solid remote. Replaced my previous GEN 1 apple tv control. The price tag is a little steep, but then again, it's an Apple product

The new siri remote is an excellent upgrade from the previous remote, but not really worth the $60

My dog chewed the one it came with and this one works great. No issues.

The Apple Siri Remote is a really great quality remote. I like the sleek design and how smooth the buttons feel.
