Apple made a great remote Almost Impossible to lose with built in tracking

Exactly what I needed! I tried using a cheap knock-off I found on Amazon but returned it a day or two after it arrived. It was way too glitchy. Trust me: just buy the real mccoy.

Bought this to upgrade the older model but, not long after having it the sound buttons stopped working. I went online to reset it then it worked once then quit. Now everytime I want to watch something I have to restart the whole apple tv box. When i say watch something I mean each show! It works for one movie but if I choose another movie sound button refuses to work without a whole reset! I wish I could return its to annoying to use. I hate it. I'm going to go back to the old remote untill it no longer charges. For the price I expected it to be so much more better not this irritating.

Easy to pair, good controls. Just wish that it had a gyro because it doesnt have that anymore like the older apple remote. But good overall

Great improvement over the last generation. Very happy with it. The only annoying thing is the Siri side button, which is much too easy to press inadvertently.

It’s a remote. It works. Get a silicone case for it with airbus attachment that will make it WAY harder to loose.

It was great I went in the store and back out with in 5 minutes which I was under a time restriction so that helped a lot

Worth the money. It’s very convenient when needing to recharge. Having the new feature, the USB C port, makes it hassle free which is exactly what I need being a mom of 3 young boys!!

I had to replace my Apple Remote purchase this remote and works perfectly. I actually like it better than the one that came with Mitch my Apple TV.

It is heavier than the original. Sturdy. Only thing is, it gets cold in cold weather. I would have liked a skin or something that doesn’t get cold. Worth the money.

I love Apple I just wish the remote would work across the multiple TVs and have some type of device on them that allows you to find them because they are extremely easy to lose

I got the best deal on the area remote from them. I checked other places and they wanted too much, but Best Buy gave me the price I was looking for.

I ruined my early series 1 remote which worked well on my Apple TV device. This one is a superior fabrication, but.....at least for me, it defaults always to Apple TV which requires backing out to the rest of my options. This is irritation. That said, it is a better device that the previous generation.

Old remote died (suspect battery stopped holding a charge). Used my iPhone for awhile to control things but that became a pain so I purchased a new remote. Works like a charm as it should!
