Easy to install, great battery life. I don't like how it rings in the app; I pick up the call on the phone - there is a delay and rarely an audio on time. I wish Arlo would give free recording on cloud atleast for one camera and atleast for 3 days.

good camera a little bulky and small lag but better camera quality than others

These cameras have pretty good images and were easy to install. The image is rounded which looks a bit different from what was shown, but not an issue. The notifications can be delayed, though.

Nice picture. Response time for it to start recording can be slow. It sometimes misses delivery drivers that are quick. For home security, a wired set up would be more practical and effective.

Easy to install its okay i just wish i would get a quicker alert on who is at the front door. Also, the alert to when someone presses the doorbell its a bit delayed. But its camera is good quality.

Purchased with Arlo home security camera system all from Best Buy. This Video Doorbell camera (wired) has been reliable and not given any problems. The video and audio is great and very satisfied with this purchase/camera. Cannot think of any improvements I would consider on this product and glad we purchased our system from Best Buy, with great installation, service, and customer support.

I’ve been an Arlo user for over 3 years and this doorbell follows in the footsteps of great quality, function, and ease of setup. Ive been very impressed so far with my expectations have being met. I like that its kept separate in operation from my other security cameras but still being controlled by the same app.

The setup was fast and the quality is great. Just wish it could be a little more stable against the wall. If someone wanted to, it would be easy to come right up to it and rio it off.

Excellent quality videos that are so sharp and clear. Easy to install. Battery is hardly even used and I have a lot of activity. Makes me feel more secure in my home. Highly recommended. Great value Videos at night are just as clear and bright as if they were recorded at noon

Not the biggest fan of it but it’s ok for the video quality..I like that the video is clear and that you are able to talk through it if needed..when it detects a motion it does send you a message letting you know if it’s a person, vehicle, animal or package...I also like that you can hear what the person is saying while it recording.. I do not like the fact that sometimes it does not let you know if there is activity going on.. I had visitor in his car out side while I was out and I didn’t not received a message until my visit called me letting me know they were outside on my driveway waiting on me... I was pretty upset but it does seem it gets most of the activities... also idk if it’s just ours but it does not ring my doorbell it only sends me a message to my phone and it makes a sound but you can only hear it if your close by.

Our home we’re renting did not come with a built in doorknob, and with the area we’re living in, we needed to invest in some security. We bought both the doorbell and the floodlight and so far we are loving them! The fact that it can determine what’s a person, what’s an animal and what’s a vehicle is really cool. Also, the customization is astounding. Definitely recommend!

Doorbell works great, both day and night, would recommend.

I replaced a Skybell doorbell that often lost connectivity and captured still shots many times instead of video. I am very pleased with how easy it was to install and connect. This integrates well with my Arlo cameras. It alerts you within 1-2 seconds of the button pressed on all connected devices. I also bought the wireless chime that was easy to integrate into the system.

Easy to install, and easy to set-up. I already had the Arlo 2 camera system, and adding the video doorbell was very quick and easy. High quality video and audio. I would highly recommend.

I love this video doorbell. The video quality is outstanding, crystal clear. The fact that's it's huge compared to the wired doorbells on the market is actually a plus to me. I WANT people to notice it and know they're being recorded. Notifications are very quick, sensitivity is great, and battery life seems to be excellent also. Very happy with this purchase so far.

This was very easy to install (using the battery operated, wireless option). The video quality is phenomenal!! The speed at which it calls your phone once someone presses the button is also fast. The only issue I have, however, is the lag time in transmitting video feeds to your phone, as well as how quick it starts recording. Overall, I like the product and recommend it, but just be aware of these minor issues. For instance, I have a Gigabit internet speed and 36 Meg upload (more than fast enough, based on their recommendations). However, when I want to view live video (not necessarily when it senses motion), it takes about 7 seconds for it to show up on my phone (using the Arlo app, which is awesome, by the way). When a motion trigger occurs, there’s only about a 2-3 seconds delay, so that’s not too bad. Hopefully, with firmware updates, they can improve this aspect, but otherwise, this is an excellent device. As for charging, it can take a while, so don’t expect anything fast there (maybe just a few hours…4-5 I think). But battery life is approximately 1/2-1% per day, based on not playing with it (going in to view live video to show everyone how cool it is). Of course, with any battery operated device, the more you tinker with it (or if you have multiple motion detection events), it will naturally drain the battery faster. Therefore, do not judge the battery life while you are still in the “new owner” phase, but rather wait until you’re only accessing it when motion is triggered, etc., before you assume the battery’s effectiveness. Kudos to Arlo on a good product (with a little room for additional improvement).

Im a happy customer, don’t hesitate to buy it, especially if uou want to have wireless doorbell, youll need to charge it maybe once a month which doesn’t takes a lot of tike. Great product overall, quality of picture is good
