Decided to reduce my cable bill and purchase my own equipment. I bought Arris SURFboard. perThe Arris was easy to install and did most of the work itself. Great addition and 2 of them save us $30 month.

Stop wasting money every month on the rental/lease fees from your cable and phone provider. Excellent speeds and fairly easy set-up. The hardest part was having Comcast activate the equipment on their network, and even that didn't take long.

I have been using this modem for a while. I upgraded from SB6 series to this modem as I have opted for voice with comcast and I couldn’t have chosen better option than this. Easy setup, easy management. Love it!!!

Purchased 3 weeks ago, I was a little concerned about hooking up myself! Plugged in and got on my desktop and put in all info and away it went. Saving 11 bucks a month now, will pay for its self in no time! I would recommend purchasing one to save money!

Not tech guy, but this product seems to be meeting me needs and expectations. Relied on store associate for recommendation.

No problems with the unit and easy to install, I bought this as I was tired of renting the unit from Comcast (15 bucks a month) what a rip off, should have done this years ago.

Saved myself the $ 14.00 rental fee from Comcast. The set up took about an hour....that's because the tech from Comcast seemed to be new. The speed is much faster than the unit I had from Comcast. Recommend this purchase.

Bought the Arris Surfboard WiFi router/modem to replace another one lost in a fire. Great reception and speed in every room of my home. Would highly recommended and everyone should consider this modem before buying.

this is a really good modem you can not only have a lot of devices connected but you can also connect your homeland phones which made it super easy and you don't have to worry about extra wires.

So far so good. It was the best option for Comcast with the triple play. Not a large selection for modem, router and voice. Voice being the most difficult because most people don't have a phone phone anymore...

Worked pretty much out of the box. The Comcast tech registering the MAC address seemed to be incompetent, but we got through it. You may find that increasing security settings relates somehow to an increase in lost WiFi connections, but it works well on the defaults.

I have Xfinity Triple Play which includes voice. I needed a router/modem that had voice capability. This is the one. Activated it within minutes with Xfinity and it gave me at least twice the speed of the rental unit. I no longer pay $11 a month rental fees.

This router is similar to the xfinity model in that it has the same features however works seemingly better, So far the wireless connection has been excellent, stable and trouble free, the wired connection just as stable, stop renting equipment totally worth it.

Looks good and works with all major cable providers. This really seems to unlock better speeds from the cable company. It’s a little high in price but time will tell if it’s truly worth it. So far I’m loving it.

cleaned up the signal even in basement,does not get as warm as cable box.

Exceeded my expectations. Great speed with telephony! Easy hook up plenty of ports and USB. Two wireless networks! (which was a pleasant surprise) Even the Xfinity tech said he thought it was one of the best on the market, and it cost less than it's competitors!

Easy to read instructions and did not have any problems installing.

I purchased this Modem because it is certified to work with the Xfinity Cable service that I signed up for. It works great and includes a voice modem for a land line phone. Wi-Fi works great and has both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz capability.

Easy to install. Works great with Comcast service. Have not had any problems with it. This is second Arris SURFboard. Had the last one for 5 years-nothing wrong with last one just needed to upgrade.

It works for now it seems like everything is moving a little more faster
