Great modem at a great price, works perfect with my cable provider

It works perfect with no problems. My router has no problems with this modem.

What can I say. It's a Docsis 3.0 modem that I needed to get to meet the requirements for Time Warner's Ultimate 100 speeds and soon to be Ultimate 300. It does the job and not that the difficult to setup.

This product works great for my high speed internet. Will pay for it self soon.

I bought this item to get away from the combo modem router...it works. Period

I bought this cable modem when my cable provider announced that they were going to begin charging a monthly fee for their router, one that had been plaguing me with lockup/reset issues. I previously had a combined cable modem/router unit and would have to power cycle the unit at least weekly, sometimes daily, to reset the connections. In doing some research this is a fairly common problem with dual purpose units, so I elected to buy separate cable modem and router components. Very glad I did -- with no other changes to my cable internet service the connection is now 100% reliable. I have had the unit over a month in continual operation with no required resets. The cable modem acted as it should... plug it in and it worked -- you do have to coordinate with your cable company to have them connect your unit as an approved device, etc etc. But this was no issue. Very easy unit to install and use. Highly recommended.

I bought this modem for my Time Warner Cable internet to save some bucks on my TWC monthly bill. I highly recommend it. Easy install..TWC tech will help you through it! My speed is better than with their modem. Very satisfied. I have the turbo internet with TWC.

This was easy to hook up but took a while for my cable company to get it working . I believe it was the cable companies problem.

I had been using a modem/router all in one unit and couldn't seem to connect 25 feet from the device. Major frustrations! I went to Best Buy-and after the initial shock of what this upgrade for my home was going to cost- I made the purchase. Great salesperson! I can connect outside in my backyard now! Life got easier. The new modem also cleaned up my terrible Magic Jack connection too.

Simple to setup and is compatible with Comcast network. It required NO setup and when Comcast came to my daughter's apartment he just plugged it in and it ran. It has excellent speed - we are achieving 30MB down load. I will be buying a second one soon for another site.
