Reliable cable modem for a high tech home

Its reliable and haven't had any issues with it in 2 years. Fast speeds and it allows me to not rent a model from Charter.

upgrade for faster cable

It was very easy to install and seems to work perfect. I am not convinced our cable/internet is any faster, but than again I am dealing with Comcast, need I say more?

Easy peezy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to set up - one quick call to Comcast after which I hooked it up and then hit up a web browser which had me login to Comcast. My old modem was giving me some issues, which could have been due to Comcast service. Regardless I was happy with my purchase - though Best Buy employees were a bit clueless, luckily I knew what I wanted and refused to accept their 'help'.
