He was very knowledgable for someone who was needing to gather info from my Mac to save for use on my pc. Yes, that is backwards from the norm. He helped me to get a product which would save information from one to the other, so when I can go back to my Mac, I will have no problem! He is a rock star! I believe his name is Eric.

Reliable cable modem for a high tech home

Its reliable and haven't had any issues with it in 2 years. Fast speeds and it allows me to not rent a model from Charter.

Excellent Modem!

The only negative thing would be the lights in the front. They are bight, and I have this modem in my bedroom, and at night, it lights up the entire room, so I had to cover the lights with some paper
